Such an emotional, beautiful, and heartfelt song! My grandfather had altzeimers, but out of all of the people in the family, I was the only one he knew! He is the one who taught me so much about life, and taught me how to stream fish for rainbow trout. AMAZING man!❤❤

I believe she has passed away now, but I remember one day her van broke down and she left it at my brother in law's shop. She needed a ride home, so my husband took her home that day. And that "damn strait" song got me, I've been feeling that way 10 years now. I slow danced in the kitchen with the only girl I've ever wanted to marry to "I cross my heart" and haven't been able to listen to it ever since. She left me before I got home from tour overseas.
