Arteta just seems to always need to be the smartest person in the room. He is slow to adapt. He likes to tinker, push the needle and try to pigeon hole players into a versatile role that they’re not used to. Then he reverts to the decision he should have made in the first place. Frustrating. Bhavs says it's more productive to support the team than criticise. And this is why there's a baby culture among the fanbase. Calling people out and knowing when to change strategy to demand more and less excuses is a balance. 1. Our manager does not trust our bench
2. Plays the same 13 or so players and burns them out
3. He keeps and renews contracts of players he routinely doesn't play
4. He forces players into a system that does not suit the skillsets like Kiwior playing inverted LB instead of CB
5. He is wasting money on players that are not working Havertz ,Vieria etc
For me I want to see him either use the players he has effectively so that we can rota, or clear them out. We can't do this all in Jan but he has had £750m and 8 windows to fix it. If he fails this year it should be his last. He has had enough time.
