Holy fuck this is exactly what I'm going through right now.
My wife of 10 years became addicted to meth in the last year or so and I've been struggling to decipher the truths from the lies.
I absolutely refuse to lose her to it regardless of the odds and she seems genuine when she says she wants to quit so we've been trying to work through it together.
The problem is that I've completely lost all trust for her and initially assume everything she says is a lie now so I'm constantly trying to poke holes in stories and It's so hard to even give a genuine smile or laugh anymore..,I just feel depressed and hopeless.
