● What is Gekokujo ?
"Gekokujo is a mod for Mount and Blade Warband set in the Sengoku period of Japan. The name is a term often translated as "the low-ranked taking over from the high" and was chosen because it was a running theme during that era: from the illustrious Ouchi clan--a belligerent party in the Onin war--being displaced by the Mori (their vassals); to the rise of Toyotomi Hideyoshi (who began his career as a cook and sandal bearer); to the beginning of the Tokugawa shogunate itself (Ieyasu was an upstart who probably fabricated a claim of descent from the Minamoto clan--the only ones allowed to be granted the title of Shogun in the first place). As a player of Gekokujo, you will start from nothing and attempt to gain control of the entire country, making the title even more fitting."

● A little backstory on my past with Gekokujo - I worked closely with Marty (the creator of Gekokujo) years ago when he first started work on the mod and I helped to bring Gekokujo to a greater audience, I am glad that he was extremely successful with it and even happier to be able to play the latest version of Gekokujo today. I hope he is still doing well :)

You can buy dyes (around 20-40 mon) and spices (around 200) on the whole of that island Hakata is great to make a dyeworks as raw silk and dyes are very cheap there, it brings around 1000 mon profit a week. If you are going to Miyoshi territory just buy silk at Nara, sell it at Sakai. I feel like I have spent a bit too much time trading.
Dávid Jakab you got any other advice? I'm trying to get started with trade but profit doesn't seem that great where I'm at. (I'm usually around Kyoto)

You can walk around your little forts and get a companion from each, take a walk around it. Like so he may see.

Corvinus From what
This is very late but usually in most mount and blade mods and probably native, the companions would drop a clone of what they are wearing when you let them take from the loot pile. This happens on the first time they loot from the pile.
you can ask to be affiliated with a lord to gain relation daily or weekly I guess you just need to ask the lord in the "I wish to ask you something..." option. so lord with many brothers and relatives is the best one to be affiliated with.

they don't send messages at all you just have to remember to visit the lady like every in game day and then recite a poem for like 4 in game days then marry the lady
Ive been playing this for about... 3-5 hours. And I killed all the Southern clans pretty much and made my own Shimazu Clan. Currently killing th Chosokabe and Amako. Will be cool to see where you get in this playthrough Reformist, I hope you unite Japan :D Also, the strongest bow in the mod is the Masterwork/Strong Compact Yumi, try to find it with some Ceremonial arrows, it is a beast of a bow. I think you need power draw 8 though, good luck.

Nah, for the most damage output you'd want the masterwork war yumi
Yea but its slow as heck, but the masterwork compact yumi is fast and usually one shots

I've had other mods have their defenders sally forth as well. It's a feature to spice things up a bit

You should try to get Sado. They are a free and plentiful source of what is essentially low-mid tier samurai units.

I recommend purchasing a katana for horse combat and keep that 2 hander for sieges

I know you did a special feature in the past for A New Dawn, but it never became a series. I know you are doing gekokujo right now along with ACOK but could you make a New Dawn series, it would be much appreciated
plus the sado exiles suck but the returnees that the exiles level up in to are awesome
Hey man do you have sashimono's (back banners) on your or other party's soldiers? Because since 3.1 is out they seem to have disappeared, at least for some of us :/
