  • The army of the Dead released by Games Workshop for the Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game.
The Dead awaken; for the hour is come for the Oathbreakers: at the Stone of Erech, they shall stand again and hear there a horn in the hills ringing. Whose shall the horn be? Who shall call them from the grey twilight, the forgotten people? The heir of him to whom the oath they swore. From the North shall he come, need shall drive him: he shall pass the Door to the Paths of the Dead.

Lucky to find a good size chunk of Amethyst in a field. Peter Jackson could have done the Paths of the Dead better by adding all of the elemnts from the book.

Picking stones out of a hayfield. I would ahve rather seen the Stone of Erech in the Jackson movies.

Only played in War of the Ring using Court of the Dead King. The Shadowstride allows to them to move 24" so you can get behind enemies and flank them. Since they can move thru other formations they are excellent in the second rank. They are still expensive and squishy.

Didn't realize they could move that fast. I have to go back and read their stats. Looking forward to the new Arnorian figures WH is coming out with.

@@romandacil3984 yup! I've cut down on my social media, so I don't comment as often. And haven't made a video in 9 months 😆. But I'll be reviewing the new Moria book, as soon as I get it. Keep up the good work.
