- I won’t stop! The Devil is trying to stop this ministry, but our God is greater!! Hallelujah!! Thank you for your prayers. The enemy is defeated in Jesus’ name. Also, watch for the big blessing, because I prayed for my enemy! I blessed him, I have forgiven him. But I know that wickedness like his is not worthy, so that blessing will return.

I'm in awe of your resilience! Not only have you continued to spread the word and build community, you're showing personal strength and putting yourself out as an example of grit and determination. You are inspiring for so many reasons but your strength is immeasurable. Selfishly, I'm glad you uploaded because I look forward to these videos each day (and the Saturday posts) but please take any and all time you need for yourself. I love that you have embarked on this journey! I have often found bible reading and studies and the idea of Journaling intriguing and exciting in concept, but so overwhelming that fear and uncertainty become deterants. I can't believe I've been in the bible for 19 days!!!
Thank you for including the SOAP method. I am slowly growing with my process. I started with just writing one scripture that spoke to me from each day, but I wanted to try to do a little more on the days that line up with your Sabath; I think this will be great to try on day 21!!! ❤

Thank you for your perseverance! So many blessings in your trials. It's beautiful to be a part of a spiritual community where prayer and support are #1 over our human "noseyness". Yes, there are times and places for specificity, but, WE CAN PRAY AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER WITHOUT KNOWING EVERYTHING WHEN IT IS NOT OUR TIME TO KNOW. Often times that turns into unholy gossip and judgement. This definitely hit home for me working in a church that had so much pressure to know everyone's business to "know what to pray for", yet it would come back negatively. This was sooooooooo confusing for me watching this in a management position and had a heavy negative effect on me. On the flip side, just a few days prior, the Bible Study covered forgiveness on Day 15, Job 42 & Matthew 10:11.
This for me is yet another sign I am in the right place. I'm taking so much out of this Bible study! Your strength, positivity, leadership, and encouragement.

You have blessed us with these studies. I know personally I would rather have the videos even if it takes longer then 365 days. If it takes you two years so that you have more time between editing then we are still learning, growing and being blessed by your ministry.
There is no need to be legalistic about 365, after all the Bible Recap doesn't budget in the time for the editing of the videos so you have to take that into consideration and give yourself grace.
You could do your study every day as you would anyway while recording them but allow yourself a day for editing so basically you would be posting a Bible Study video every other day. You are still doing a complete study through the Bible in a year with us, just posting them to us every other day. It gives you a buffer for your sabbath of course and also for life happening.
These videos and your ministry is sprinkling seeds and growing Christians. I am so glad you won't let spiritual warfare stop you. Thank you.

I have a thought regarding chapter 24:14 could this instead be considered an example of being specific in our prayers instead of testing God? In Matthew 20:32 Jesus asked the blind men "what do you want me to do for you?"

A little late with this post but wanted to say that there was something I appreciated so much from this days message. One of my biggest struggles with reading & understanding the Bible is that I am a black & white thinker. 2+2=4 and that makes sense to me. Symbolism does not. Metaphors do not. I have never been one to understand that side of literature. If it’s not right in front of me I won’t get it. So when you explained about Abraham, Sarah, the servant & Rebekah - and how they represent the Father, Son, Holy Spirit & the Church I was awed and amazed. I know that I am not the only person who struggles in this area so I wanted to say thank you for me and for those who are learning with me. These are the things that open new levels of understanding for us.

Thank you for showing up for us today 🫶🏻 it’s been a very hard week and an extremely hard day. My boyfriend and I both lost our jobs, I’m detoxing again, our friends are walking away, just too much to handle lately. I’m doing my best to stay strong but I feel so alone and so weak. I’m questioning whether I even belong in Bible study. I feel so unworthy and broken. I know He loves me and He is working on me though. All I want is to go back home with my family but they are in Georgia and I’m stuck here in California. I miss them so much, I never even wanted to move here.

The book of Genesis is the book God has me in and I have been going in it strong. Your digging has me into insights that I have missed and words to make sure I stop and search out. You are a blessing to my studies, as I also share with others around me to sights and understandings. Gods words shines in the darkness when we can not see.
I love your complete sweetness to teach us even when you were sad and vulnerable like Abraham was when he wanted to bury Sarah and move on.
I also wanted to say this thought. When the Assyrians captured the northern tribes, they scattered the Israelites over the Caucasus Mountains and the people who were already living in the European area called these new immigrants, Caucasians, a name today white people are often called. In Strong’s concordance #1471 says Gentile means: nation (374x), heathen (143x), Gentiles (30x), people (11x) Those captured and scattered Israelite people forgot who they were and became heathens.
All this to say the chosen people we talked about in our lesson today aren’t necessarily just Jews. The Causasian people are Israelites today scattered through Europe to America and all over the world, showing Abraham’s seed is as much as the stars in the sky not just a handful of people in Israel or remnants here and there. Something to think on.
That 1st Peter 3: 5-6 was a recent topic of "discussion" with a friend who is now of the understanding that this is part of holiness, not just the 5th and 6th verses, but the previous parts, which she believes we are to take literally - no jewelry, no hair braiding, etc. I won't dwell here except to say that being like Sarah is a little more complicated for some folk than others. I told her that I saw this as one of those areas where it may be wrong for some people but not others. If you personally have that conviction, so be it. But as far as I am concerned, we make an already difficult walk so much harder for ourselves sometimes. Also, I too lingered on that part where Rebekah's family wanted to keep her 10 more days, but after you started showing the metaphor of Abraham/Isaac/the Servant and Rebekah as the Church, what came to my mind was the parable of the people called to come to the banquet but they had excuses, or even the young rich man who wanted to follow Jesus but he didn't want to pay the price, if you will. Or how about the virgins who simply didn't have oil ready for when their groom showed up? When He calls, we come then or we may not be able to come at all when we finally decide we want to.

I'm super far behind on videos so this comment is very late from when you posted the video. I hope you're doing okay.
My family has been under attack lately too. I just found out a few days ago my youngest son doesn't believe we have a soul. I asked if he believes in God and he said if he "had to choose" between believing in Jesus or being Atheist, he would choose Jesus but I am beyond devastated and worried about his eternal salvation.
If anyone reading this could pray for him, I would greatly appreciated it. He attends a private Christian college so I thought he was a believer but unfortunately his mind can't seem to grasp the concept of faith. He doesn't believe what he cannot see with his eyes.
