I love the series, you're the reason I bought the game. Thank you for creating a new addiction for me! Thank you for the great series and all the great information in each video!
Your wife is a Free Spirit, so you chose the right gift, but it's definitely the most expensive one :D In the future when you need to buy her gifts, your best cost to return gifts will be the Flute and Glass Beads. A good way to make money and production exp is to build a Resource Storage at a mine, and mine it out once every season and dump it in storage. Smelt everything you can into Bronze and save it until you can make Bronze Knives, and sell those. You usually end up with extra Copper, so you can turn those into tools for your workers or sell em. Plus you can stockpile some of the stone to make proper houses(I always go straight to Stone houses). You can just leave most of it on the ground and I'm not sure it ever disappears.
Thanks for the tips. Mining seems to be the way to go but I may need to make and sell some copper tools for now because I need the money, then do the bronze in the future. We'll see! :)
Seems like you've got a right catch there ha ha congrats on the marriage. You can see the temp on the map screen (M) as well as your tolerance levels. Cant recall the skill its under (Survival maybe?) but there is also a skill to put some points into for temp tolerence might be worth investing into.
Good series. Upgrade/insulate the homes to better keep you and the villagers warm. Also, set your woodworker to make firewood - the villagers always need it.
you have tons of manure an the ground in all your pens you can make fertilizer, or get someone to do it, all so with the farm get someone your just wasting time otherwise....I know this is late but better late than never ;). happy new year. cheers m8
Keep up the good work! You can see the Temperature in the “Map” section. This will give you a good idea of what temperatures your character can handle. Each day of the season is different. I’ve had friends almost freeze to death in Fall. And I’ve had Winter days above 0C… I’ve also had winter days around 13-18C… and I needed a torch no matter what clothes I wore.
Loving the series mate please keep it up. Think I’m going to pick this up as it looks really interesting. Also I thought I noticed around the 18:00minute mark that’s you had a donkey foal running round and at 18:07 you can see you have 3 donkeys. Just thought I’d mention it if you didn’t notice. Keep up the great work.
Love this series so far. I love how the game looks and how interactive and diverse the atmosphere is. Keep it up man. Also congratulations on the marriage.
Love the series mate, I like the way you are doing things as far as cutting things out and the odd timelapse. I have been selling a tonne of iron knives, and even bronze knives. I literally take all the money off everyone every season on the entire map ;)
Not sure what you've put into skills but i would max out barter for better prices. There is a potion to reset your skills, its called potion of possibility and it takes the autumn mushrooms and herbalist hut 2. Villagers will burn sticks for firewood as well. Great series, keep it up!
Henny Penny. Miss Prissy( girl friend of Foghorn-Leghorn). from the looney toons!! Of course another rooster can be Foghorn-Leghorn. Eeyore could be a name for a donkey!!
Love the series! Not sure if you're aware or not but if you go NE of your village and follow the coastline, there are bison that you can hunt and they will give you 80 meat each. Definitely recommend a bow though.
2 tips. if you go into inspect mode inside a mine, it'll glows all the available ores to mine and if you speak to the npc first t flirt then afterwards you give them gift. it'll reach 100% in 1 day
I typically just make firewood while standing in the storage building instead of carrying the logs to the woodshed. I usually make a lot though so transporting it is my issue.
I'm sure you missed some iron ore in that mine as I've been thru it several times and the least I found was 44 iron ore and the most was 53 iron ore. You can only give a gift once per season and it's a good idea to give your wife and son a gift every season to ensure their happiness...
I usually try to not marry too quickly because flirting with villagers is a good way to level your skills. After marriage you can't flirt anymore and can only level your skill by trading which is much slower. I usually flirt with every available person at every camp fire whenever I pass by.
Love the series and I hope we have many more episodes to come! Your narration is really great and I love the overall immersion. I am on year 4 now myself and having tons of fun again playing. If you want to hop into a co-op game sometime, give me a a shout xd!😂 Oh and congratulations on the marriage!
Thanks very much :) I will consider co-op in the future and if I go down that route I will announce it on my channel to see who's interested and such. But not sure if I will co-op or not yet :)

Thank you so much for the super chat I really appreciate it!

I always get my gifts from ruins and bandits. You should never have to buy them.
Congratulations on the marriage ! Haha another awesome episode man and thanks for the shoutout !
You're very welcome, thanks for the support :)

Will probably upgrade the homes when I move the town but yeah firewood production is a good idea!

also that $1500 gift was a waste of cash please never do that again,,,,,, dwl

Useful to know, thank you! :)
It seems like you unequipped your Large Pouch at some point. You should equip it again for those juicy 10kg weight 😂
Thank you, I missed this! haha

Oh wow I must have missed that, I will definitely check! Thank you :)

Thanks very much! :)
27:00 "domestic violence on the first day" 😂
Great series I love watching it. I saw at 13:10 that you had managed to unequipt the large pouch. You should reequipt it so you can carry more.
oh my mistake! I will re-equip for sure! Thanks for the tip and support :)

I have been selling a tonne of iron knives, and even bronze knives. I literally take all the money off everyone every season on the entire map ;)
Haha that's awesome! May need to progress to doing that myself!
Loved the video mate, nice going!
And of course congrats on the marriage!

haha I need to start breeding to get some more animals in! :D

That's good to know for future hunts, thank you! :)
Enter the new year with a new bloodline! Boy!
I'm in to moooood for Episode 8!! Lets Goooo!
great series, love binge watching. Keep doing em!
You should set your wood workers work load to 20-25% fire wood and that's one less thing to think about.
Yeah probably should actually!
You can use Inspector mode to find any of your villagers instead of wandering around guessing where they are. :)
Oh cool thanks! :)
2 tips. if you go into inspect mode inside a mine, it'll glows all the available ores to mine and if you speak to the npc first t flirt then afterwards you give them gift. it'll reach 100% in 1 day
Congratulations! Btw you can hit ALT (the tracking button) and see the names of people and items.
I typically just make firewood while standing in the storage building instead of carrying the logs to the woodshed. I usually make a lot though so transporting it is my issue.
you can handcraft firewood inside the resource storage so you don't freeze making it
Thanks for the tip, you can also hold a torch so that works too. I need some better winter clothing though it seems!
one of the chickens must be called Nandos! you know, so you can have a cheeky nandos at some point in the dynasty lol
I'm sure you missed some iron ore in that mine as I've been thru it several times and the least I found was 44 iron ore and the most was 53 iron ore. You can only give a gift once per season and it's a good idea to give your wife and son a gift every season to ensure their happiness...
You had a rough winter, congratulations on getting wed
Made it all worth it! haha :D
You had me laughing trying to romance your wife.
I usually try to not marry too quickly because flirting with villagers is a good way to level your skills. After marriage you can't flirt anymore and can only level your skill by trading which is much slower. I usually flirt with every available person at every camp fire whenever I pass by.
Is there no bandits in this map? And it seems theres less npc villages?
Hey. Great series.... is it just me or... you dont have largepouch equiped ?
Should have purchased the "Long Fur Hood"......
Donkey punched your wife 😂😂
Love the series and I hope we have many more episodes to come! Your narration is really great and I love the overall immersion.
