Frost Home town Boys Wagner was a early mentor of mine use to ride my bike to Bobby Riggs folks place to hear them practice before they were Frost Hartman a influence and gave me lessons when I was 7 awesome guys
The Frost played at my 1969 Dearborn high, Dearborn, Michigan, Senior Class party. They were a very tight band with a number of original compositions and that night they were great! Ursa Major was also a very good band. Great times in the Motor City. One night The Bill was Lee Micheal's, Grand Funk Railroad, and a 2 and half hour performance by Led Zeppelin, for $6.50 a ticket.
I saw Frost at a Catholic Central concert. Or was it a Benedictine High concert? Out on the Catholic high school football field. Drinking a 99cent bottle of Boones Farm strawberry Hill, and probably smoking a joint. I wish I could remember what year that was.
Au début des années 70, ce titre était le seul à faire danser la totalité des clients de discothèques à Marseille. On le passait même plusieurs fois dans l'après-midi...
A vocal harmonizer would have been sweet....not that I don't like the real thing, but when I sing this one, I have to sing it an octave lower than the original key. Great job Frank!! Nice condicting! Great guitar, bass and drums,,,good timing!
Ya' know this wouldn't be anywhere as good if they didn't have that awesome singer/ organ band leader directing the song!!! I personally thinks the entire band would fall flat on it's face: Be my witness... At 0:47 & 1:28 & 1:37 & 3:31 hahahahaha
@ZenDogRadio Yeah...I'M HIP... more a comment about the guitar I guess, but could have been Dick (haven't see him in awhile... all "old guys" start to look the same to me)...
