Pricing doesn't necessarily correlate to quality. Designers can make inferior products, many people are happy just to pay for the label, not the quality of the product. Some designers even use the same production houses, vendors and factories as big box stores. JungleScout and Fast Company both have good articles on it.

Paris asked a really good question about the hair extensions. In some countries there is "hair thieving" going on so frequently. People will steal hair off someones head, by cutting it, to sell it for big bucks. That's not the only way the real hair extensions are made of course but it's a big issue in some countrys.

it's ironic and funny that people who used to hate her by showing how smart they were compared to her are the ones who are manipulated into buying her persona. most of the time, those trying hard to be nerds and smart are the ones who are easily manipulated because their views are so skewed and they think they are so right that everybody else is wrong, and that's where their growth stops.
Of course it took zero effort. They set it up so she didn’t get any difficult choices. Anyone would breeze through this challenge. I like Paris but they should have given her tricky options like in other celebrity videos.

And you don’t even have to be an expert to see that the cheaper hair extensions looked like doll hair. That’s just from looking at the screen. And she got to touch them. The apron was pretty easy. The black material was super cheap and had that super fake leather. The tank tops were the only one item I wouldn’t be able to tell from a glance. But the stitching would give away the cheap one.
She was a badass in this game I liked how she got her hands dirty to nitpick every details of the items though I didn't expected her to turn on her savage mode and roast the shit out of these products
