Also, I am glad I saw this AFTER I had my surgery. lol I "knew" what was going to happen, but I kept myself in denial on purpose, so I would through with the surgery. lol
a pure vertical lift can be unnatural as the antiaging vector of pull is superior lateral (up and to the side) which looks natural. Each patient need a slightly different vector of pull, pure vertical isn't it.
