There is no use in getting a tune all you can tune in the Diablo Sport i3 is AC fan setting's ON, or AC fan settings off, that's it there is no tune for temp setting on or off don't get sucked in.

I was devastated even the sales Rep for JB's Automotive couldn't do it, he tried an said you need to go to your laptop to download updates, couldn't believe what i was hearing. I gave up till I saw your video, i was totally relieved cause you simplified everything. God Bless You!
Got one of those for my SRT8, and is a really good tuner. l got rid of those ridiculously monstrous suitcase style resonators, and added race pipes. They are made of 3" ss with open chamber racing bullets, and flow really well paired with CAI. They really do go hand-in-hand and should be done at the same time, along with tuning
If you order from AM chances are they will send you a 50 State legal California ect. ect. Tuner which means your gonna have to call Diablo in Florida with your serial numbers handy so tech support can unlock the 93 tunes then go online and update twice before it will work. Great Video especially showing the dyno results.
With the tuner you can max out performance because its called a tuner but sometimes they call it a computer programmer You can also remove speed limiter/speed governor and also you can remove rev limiter but if you have a dodge 2015+ you have to do a pcm swap

@@stev3243 I love the car so far, i straight piped it and i love the sound, i recommend you diablo tune it be ause the car does have a dafety knockback feature so you dont over rev the engine, before i got the diablo tune i did use a shift light and i programmed each gear to before the safety feature is engaged. Also with diablo tune you can change accelerator sensitivity, remove speed governor off and tune it to 91 or 93 octane

@@stev3243 well if you get a 2013 dodge challenger it will probably come without warranty because most car warranties are only for 6 years or 100k miles whichever reaches the milestone faster, also with the diable tune it saves the default settings on the pcm so you can always go back, also it's CARB certified so you won't have issues with the smog check as well

Hamon Mayes don’t mean to sound rude but buddy use some common sense here 93 octane tune yes u need 93 octane to use that tune 🤯 if u use 89 use 89 octane tune if u use 93 with 87 89 91 it may cause spark knock not good
4,000 RPM is not exactly street RPM. Most driving is done under 2500 (My '13 V8 Pursuit runs 2,000 RPM @ 75 mph). There's very little improvement below WOT, which makes this worthless for anyone who doesn't race their vehicle.
@@DylDoYo he is asking about changing the fan setting when he swaps in a 180* thermostat. It would allow the fans to come on at a lower temperature so you can use your 180* thermostat and have your engine run cooler.
Sent mine back. Got it on 2/28. Spent days trying to get support. Can't get logged into the forums. Have requested activation a dozen times. Was put on hold for 25 minutes before I decided to give up on this thing. Documentation that comes with it is Mickey Mouse at best, and what they have on their site isn't any better.
I believe this may work for your car as long as it also is a 5.7L Hemi. I *very highly recommend* that you check with Diablosport directly before purchasing, though. We don't have fitment information for *everything* that this unit may fit since we really just focus on Challengers and Mustangs here at AM. I hope this helps! -Zach
After the tune is complete , can i remove the daiblo chip from the OBD port or should I keep it connect to OBD port permanently? My friend told me if I removed the cable the car ECU will gonna crush , Please answer my question with honest reply because now I am confused and little bit nervous :(
It wil be fine the only time to leave it plugged in is when your data logging for a custom tune....matter fact he actually answered your question accidentally in my comment so I'm just passing it along 😆
You can unplug it from the OBD II port and everything will still work normally! Once the car is tuned, the device can be unplugged and stored in your glove box, center console or wherever. After we tuned ours in this video, we unplugged it in order to hook up the dyno computers if that helps! - Adam
I used the Jammer CAI Tune with a 20% throttle boost. is the CAI tune for 93 Octane too, and i felt like i lost power after about a week. a tech at diablo told me i have to disconnect the battery after i tune the vehicle in order to save it properly because the TCM resets the computer back to factory. another question, is the throttle booster parameter the same as the pedal commander, or can i also add the pedal commander along with the Diablo Tune?

Brandon Lloyd yeah if that’s all that you have then it will be pointless for a CAI, but anything else such ass throttle body, headers,ect...you’ll have to so that your ecm can adjust the parameters for them.
For cams, force induction, removing catalytic converters or anything involving opening up your exhaust flow like headers, we highly recommend looking into custom tuning for best results. -Zach
Its actually making right around the amount of horsepower it should, our RT is pretty healthy! Stock horsepower at the crank is right around 375HP when brand new. On the dyno (which measures horsepower at the wheels after drivetrain loss) our Challenger pulled 346HP and 377TQ. Depending on the vehicle, you can generally account for 10-15% HP loss through the drivetrain, totally normal for any vehicle. -Zach

Those gains are pretty good and you can do it yourself which is even better

you can have any tuner email you a custom tune usually you log your data for a bit and send it off to them and they will fine tune from there

The Diablo tune is a 93 tune in advanced tunes. There is also a 93 tune under easy tune.

Your thermostat is a physical component that opens when the wax inside gets hot enough. You need to buy a whole new thermostat.
