    I have seen two videos where the Teflon the black side is the cooking side. Which side is correct?

      9 months ago but where I worked we flip them once everyday and clean them and after a week we throw it away and get new ones and repeat

    Whats funny to me is they have cuts in it and I can clean one in 6m and 40s

      Of course are store has 2 so double that for both

      Yeah, it only should take you a couple more minutes than cleaning a standard grill, but it cooks 66% faster.

    And they get dirty again whenever you lower the platens

      Make sure you are using the rubber scraper on the teflon and you should have no issues.

      Dammit my grill gets dirty every time I cook on it.
