Can you do a video on how you trained people to help? Especially with the sewing? I have a bath bomb business and I am so scared of my products getting messed up when I have help. I also get really worked up when I try to show people how to help but they don’t understand. How do you stay so calm and teach them?

an idea- instead of writing the names from the iPad and potentially missing one or losing your place, write them when you print the labels so you can have them both together then and set both aside, and that way you don’t have to worry about the order of writing on the cards because you combined the card with the label when you wrote the name. it could be either the shipping label or the packing slip label, to me it would cut down on time as well. coming from a shop owner, wishing you the best!
I don't know if this will be helpful or not but what if instead of the 1 row that's horizontal and 1 row that's vertical, what if you have 2 rows that are either horizontal or vertical (depending on space) and the first row is split down the middle so you can go between them, like aisles so it saves on you moving around so much. It keeps you in one area. The first row can be the best sellers or it's done by the alphabet? I have shipping and packing order background experience and doing it in aisles cut down on my finding time
