What happens in the case that you don’t like the furniture that already comes in the apartment? Are you able to get rid of it ? Like are the basics from the landlord so it’s considered part of the property, or is it stuff the previous residents left for the next teacher, so you’re free to get rid of stuff if you want? Wondering because I’m moving to Korea next month and would really really really rather decorate it myself rather than deal with a bunch of furniture left behind. Thanks!

I've been to a few hotels and guesthouses where it's a separate tub but I think 93% of bathrooms are like this haha
