I was at St. John on Moross in Detroit for my residency, before the staffing company got its hooks in. There are good people there, I really hope they find a safe and amicable balance. Unfortunately the corporate overlords are never going to stop until they run the whole show. I'm transitioning to independent contractor for now while I still can.

As Nii always says, every doctor should have some componet of their practice be as a locums/independent contractor. Let the hospitals pay for the hospital staff and we bring our medical knowledge and skills.
