Patronizing to call Air India a broken airline. I have flown most of the so called top rated carriers. Air India pilots are as good as they come in the business. There is no pretence in the air, its old school warmth which has been botified by and large. Service on board is better than American and European carriers. Unlike European carriers, Air India pilots dont crash planes into mountains on purpose. Cabin crew are by nature non racial and treat people with respect regardless skin colour.
