    Wow. Fantastic photography. The stills are amazing, and that white spider shot belongs on the cover of National Geographic. I wish I knew your secrets to raising such a healthy plant; I'm just getting started with a single healthy plant.

    I am not able to understand how you have that incredible pot of VFTs and are showing a squarish spider. I mean, it is nice, but.... You should do a repotting video. I bet that will be INSANE. Flytraps everywhere...

    Usually when the leaves are red that means you have good humidity

    If it is red it means it’s getting lots of sunlight which is a good thing. Can I ask do you put your pot in a bowl of water with drainage holes at the bottom?

      The pot seems to be sitting on a dish filled with water. So holes on bottom pot to soak water up

    A lady working at the store where I bought my VFT said that the pinkish red traps are the newest ones formed. Idk if that's true or not; this is the first VFT I've ever had so I don't have any experience with them yet.

      My venus has now lost all red coloring since being put in a south-facing window. They came from a store where there was only artificial lighting.

      Derk Nizotts yes over time they will grow new growths over time just like aloe plants do especially in a nice sized pot like that the more room the more clones.... If he wanted he could seperate them all and put them all in individual containers. But it's obviously gorgeous like that dope looking plants lol.

    love your venus flytraps. I live in South Carolina where the flytraps are found wild down on the coastal area, but I am in the upstate my plants stay outside all year round. We get down to -14C and they do fine.

      Depending where you live it won’t take too long just let them flower and seed but save the seeds and put them in the dirt around the parent plants

      Naw. @@noahfrey4684 . I brought mines offline. As a first time carnivore plant owner I’m still in the learning process. I guessing there was more than 1 plant inside of the POT (in the video) . I had brought (1 )solid plant and kept it in a pot for 4 months.. I was hoping to get somethin like this.. But idk maybe I did something wrong, ima definitely try to grow them again when the summer months roll in soon.

    That is an amazing plant you have raised. I had one once when I was young but it didn't last long. I think I overwatered it and fed it ants. It did catch a fly or two on it's own but after a few weeks the leaves started turning brown. Maybe my son and I will try again.

      the red ones mean, yes that they are healthy, but also that they've gotten sufficent amount of direct sunlight.

    ONE TIME AT BAND CAMP, I FELL ONTO A WILD FLY TRAP AND IT CHEWED MY ARM OFF. IT REALLY SUCKS BECAUSE NOW I CANT FIND A SHIRT OR JACKET THAT FITS.... : - (

      no soil! they cant have nutrients in soil or water only get nutes from insects.
