im on a i9 4070ti but for some reason when im fullscreen/windowed my game runs very slow to the point where i cant open my f2 but on fullscreen exclusive i run over 70 fps with 4 graphic packs and 35 mods i dont understand this, any fix? would it happen to be a windows 11 thing?
Bro I got a 4060 and I stutter like crazy! Sometimes I feel like I own a 1650 looking at my fps! My 3060 gets better frames than my 4060 how is that possible
@@VieriRunbro no chrome broswer list in task manager... Which one i set ? Srry maybe for others it works .. My fps shuttrin same as u .. But cant find the soloution i have powerful laptop.. .

I domt have such a beefy one but i have a 8700xt and im constant hittinf 30fps and stutter alot …

the fivm is ussing cpu instead of gpu my gpu is on 30 % usage and cpu at 100 and memory at 100 what to do
