Low latency (Reflex) mode on NVIDIA is the thing that causes worse framerate, but a lower frametime. It's meant for a lower latency, put a higher CPU usage.
Where's the logic here? Lower frametime = Higher framerate I would like to see my CPU at 100% when I'm playing ETS2. I have around 30 FPS with RTX 3050 and it barely uses my CPU or GPU.

Wow bro!! this really helped me. I have a rx 580 and a ryzen 5 5600g. (so i cant make the nvidia steps lol) But i went from 40-50 fps in cabin with very high graphics (rain too) To 60-80 fps, and doesnt go down from there. Thank you so much!
Pretty sure it's not necessarily that my PC is bad... 3 Monitor Setup and high settings work just fine... I think my pc dislikes this game being played in Virtual Reality 😂
Hi. I have an issue that is only present in convoy solo is absolutely fine for me. But convoy can be a lag fest near other players at times. Tried everything I can with it even getting a dedicated server for ets2. I have a high end pc.

it'll be like that more ram worked for me but if you're driving in areas with half the server at that place dont expect your pc to hold up
If you mean TruckersMP, then it's sadly not fixable. It is a third party mod which is not optimized well.

You need a much powerful graphic card or reduce the graphics settings on game
its "Light Visibility Range" in graphics that makes slower when you turn on the light, just disabled it or set to low
