Activist Morara Kebaso charged with Cyber Harassment, freed on a Ksh.50K cash bail

Activist Morara Kebaso and Former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu declined to take plea on charges brought against them after their team of lawyers challenged the validity of the offenses. Morara faced charges under the computer misuse and cybercrimes act, accused of publishing false and defamatory content on his X account.

Does it means that a businessman by the name of something like David Lagat had reported Kebaso for cyber harassment?
Then a charge was brought to Kebaso and the a court date was set on which the implicated parties show up in court?

That was a light warning to Morara Kebasu just to remind him that he is not playing with his equals... In fact Ruto is too patient,, somebody should not earn money by tarnishing your name,, let somebody sweat for his money.. His mpesa numbers and playbill should be switched off for three months.. His banks accounts should be investigated... Little money is making him grow horns.. Let him earn like any other Kenyan, not through tarnishing other people's names.
