I’ve been watching some of your videos lately, my grandson and I started collecting and going through coins this summer. I’m learning so much and today I learned about the 64 nickel. I have 12 of these at this time, half D, half nothing. As I’ve collected I’m going through and putting the years in baggies and then watch videos telling me about them. I have no idea about the grading but will keep watching. I would love to make money doing this but I guess one step at a rime. See you on the next one I watch.

I honestly did not know about the SP SMS 1964 Jefferson nickel before I saw your video referencing it. I sought out information about a particular nickel Jefferson I had found in coin roll hunting . It is a 1964 and the finish on it is stunning to say the least . I am familiar with proof coins but this seems to be different. Despite coming from a coin roll, the coin appears to be completely flawless of any Nicks or scratches whatsoever. How can I know if I have one of the special strike Jefferson nickels as mentioned in the video. I'm trying to get decent photos of it but what I have so far does not do the justice for it. I also have a 1960 and a 1984 proof nickels and when I put them side-by-side with the 1964, they just don't compare in my opinion. How can I tell and once I get some decent pictures may I send obverse and reverse pictures of the coins? I am a subscriber.

I’ve recently got into collecting coins as a hobby. Saved a couple over the years but not as much as not. I currently have 1, 64 d blob, 4 64 d and 2 64 with no mint mark. Recently ran across an 1969 s penny that’s supposedly worth a lot of money. What would u recommend the best route to go to find the true value of the coins I have? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Keep posting those videos!! Love em and thanks for the knowledge

I DID NOT know about the spf. 1964 nickel before your video. I think that is a really nice set ,an that it was the last year before resuming mint marks on coinage. Never should have stopped.

No. I did NOT know this info before watching this video. But also noticed this give away was offered two years ago, (according to included info that dates and times videos contributed on you tube.) Back in 2019 ? and must assume the give away was over back then in May of that year. Today's date is Sunday June -20 -2021 Although the year of expiration was left absent with in the video. Still, the information contained in this video is very valuable. Thank you for putting together this all informing detailed video about 1964 nickels as well as additional historical info about minting and marks.

I knew about the 1964 D Special strike Nickel 1 year before before this video came out. Infact you were one first people I reached out to about what I had found but everyone just kept telling me that someone had probably put them in a polisher or something but I got them out of some really old coin rolls from 60s
