Crimson Fists: Leviathan - Army Painting Tutorial

- In this video I go over the techniques, methods and product I use to paint armies in an incredibly quick to a great standard. The models are the Space Marines from the amazing new Leviathan box set for Warhammer 40,000 by Games Workshop.
Huge thank you to Games Workshop for the preview box they sent to me.
This is the first video of its size I've made. It was a 12 hour day of painting, with 5 hours of usable footage, with 2 hours of the editing for an hour and a bit of a video, all sorted by myself. I've already learned a lot to improve for the future content I'm lining up, but your constructive criticism (and kindness) is hugely appreciated.

Crimson fists are in my top three chapters and this is a very nice looking force very nicely done 🤘🏻
This made me so happy, I dont find a ton of crimson fist content! I have painted all my space marines crimson fists. I really like did what you did with the Infernus marines everything looks great!.
An entire video painting an entire box in a chapter I love… This will be a great reward for finishing and submitting my assignments today. I’m looking forward to watching this :)

Saw these over on Instagram whilst searching for someone that's done Leviathan as Crimson Fists and I think you may be the only one so far! Came over and subscribed as I love what you've done with them.
Fantastic video! They look great. Getting the whole box done in 12 hours to that level is amazing. Will definitely by trying some of these techniques to slay my pile of shame a little quicker.
The Crimson Fists are the best non Dark Angels chapter

Not bad for a standard table top.
Now, having said that, I hope you don't consider them finished and that you'll come back afterwards to correct the many paint overspray errors and omissions in the hollows and behind the miniature limbs and weapons ?

One question, is nuln oil will be good too? Or your shades are better ?
I personally prefer oil washes for shading, or Pro Acryl Black Wash from Monument Hobbies

Why dont you seal the Pigment in with varnish or hairspray?
I tried varnish and it completely nullified the dusty finish I was going for. I've not tried hairspray though!
