Playing mass effect 3 for the first time after completing 1 and 2 and feel on edge like I’m going to accidentally choose the wrong diologue and get someone killed or do the wrong quest at the wrong time and get locked out of a vital mission to get war assets. There’s the uneasy sense of urgency at all times I love it so far lol

Look for the Adas Anti Synthetic rifle. Absolute game changer. Salaraians & Quarians have some of the most underrated weaponry in the galaxy. Enjoy !

A few tips for ME3 that I learned throughout my multiple Insanity playthroughs of the trilogy:
#1: Every class is good, some have an easier time on higher difficulties because they are better equipped at dealing with resistances like shields (which all enemies have on Insanity and Hardcore). Pick one that you like and don't be afraid to either use the trilogy save editor to switch your class or restart your game if you don't like it.
#2: Building off of the previous tip, on lower difficulties, choose whatever squadmates that you like. On Hardcore and Insanity, choose squadmates that compliment your class. You want to pick squadmates that will fill in a weakness that your class has and will also help you cause tech/biotic combo explosions. Ex. If you are playing as an Adept, pick at least one squadmate that can deal with shields like Garrus, Tali, James, Ashley, Kaidan, or EDI since shields block biotics and you are a pure biotic user. You'll also either want to pick a biotic squadmate like Liara, Kaidan, or Javik to set up biotic combo explosions. The reason why Kaidan appears twice is because he's a Sentinel which means he has access to biotic and tech abilities. Also, Garrus is a solid pick in general because he does a lot of damage and you can turn him into a one man army if you build him correctly (prioritize AR/weapon damage upgrades and give him the N7 Typhoon (for you it has a ton of recoil but squadmates don't have recoil).
#3: For leveling up squadmates, with some exceptions, it's better to choose the AOE upgrades on their powers. Stuff like Chain overload will help you strip away the shields of multiple enemies at once. It'll also stun multiple enemies at once that do not have shields as well.
#4: Build off of your bonus powers tip, all bonus powers are pretty good. If you're having trouble picking one, choose one that compliments your class by either filling in a weakness or one that will act as another way to do a biotic/tech explosion. Example, if you're playing as an Adept, you have a couple holes to fill in. The first is that you such against shields. So, you might want to take energy drain. The second hole is that you don't do much damage with weapons as other classes. It might not seem like an issue since you're a pure biotic class but you will feel it when you are waiting for your powers to come up. To help deal more damage, take an ammo bonus power until your squadmates can give you it instead. Altenatively, you can go more into the biotic combos territory and choose something like reave or dark channnel as another way to do biotic explosions.
#5: Try to keep your cooldowns as close to -200% as possible when picking weapons for any class other than solider. You do this by choosing lighter weapons. Having your powers back up ASAP on most classes will make combat a lot easier because they offer you stuff that gives you an edge in combat. The only class that doesn't really care about weapon weight and cooldowns is soldier because they rely on weapons to do damage. They don't really care too much about cooldowns because most of their powers have next to no cooldown anyway. That being said, having a low cooldown for concussive shot with all of its upgrades later on is pretty fun.
Bonus: If you are having trouble picking a class, pick the Sentinel class. It's a jack of all trades class in ME3. It has warp + throw for Biotics, it has Overload + Cryo Blast for Tech, and tech armor for more survivability + a bonus to power damage. Sentinel also has lift grenades which do a lot of damage and are biotic as well. Also, since you can choose to take Assault Rifles in ME3, the Sentinel's only weakness of being restricted to average weapons is gone. The only thing that Sentinel in ME3 is missing is an ammo power... which you can get in the form of warp or amour piercing ammo as a bonus power or from squadmates. Also, since you do pretty much everything, you can bring whatever squadmates you want with you. This is because you will automatically fill in whatever gaps your squadmates are missing. You also are able to synergize for combos with any squadmate since you have both Tech and Biotic powers.

tip 1 dont bother with building up the war assets to max. just the minimum is ok. it does not matter in the end

#6: Calibrate Garrus to Godhood, give him a maxed Typhoon and make the Reapers and Cerberus play on Insanity instead - ruclips.net/video/ZPbB4qfsA14/видео.html

Adding on to #4. If you miss a mission specific item (like the heating stabilizers shown in the tip), the item will appear here for credits. It's still better to find the item mid-mission, but it clears up any FOMO if you can't find it.
Somewhat related to this, the Spectre Requisitions terminal and other shop terminals will also get missed weapon mods in a similar vein.

You forgot to mentoin on the Spectre Office that it also sells Quest items that were missed in the quests where they were available. You even had one in the clip you showed. The Heat stabilizers available on the terminal on your vid can be found in the mission "N7: Cerberus Fighter Base" but you obviously walked past them and as you can't return to that location after the mission, you are now able to buy them to still solve the quest. You should still keep your eyes open while on mission as you won't be able to buy any other gear missed on mission here, only those relevant for quests. But you can't screw missions completely by not scouting well enough for random thing lying around.

Adding on to #3: there's no achievement for it but an "easy" way of taking out Guardians is also to snipe them through the eye slit in their shield, and depending on what kind of sniper rifle you have, this sometimes can 1-2 shot them.

Which armor are you asking about? Not sure which ones I was using when I captured the footage for this video so I'll have to go back and look, then I can tell you what it is and how I got it!
