“I used to care about my parts but not anymore “ this is 100% me Lool! Because i self retie as well i truly cant be bothered about how my parts look 😅as long as it’s retied it is what it is!
I just finished taking down my traditional loc ( had them for two years). I’m starting my DIY microlocs soon. This would be my 4th set of locs. The 3 previous sets was traditional locs. Hence why I’m researching and watching videos. Thanks for sharing!!!
Great job!! I just tied 2 knots in my locs yesterday and guess what? They will be alright!! 😅😅 Reties are not for the faint at heart. If I make a mistake, oh well!!😅😅😅 tThe top is the hardest for me. Hate it!! And I dont care about the crispy parts.
Every time I own a client look appointment.I hate left when they don't come all time and then they change their minds. I have too small kids at home and I don't have time to reschedule anything
I love your videos! They are my retie motivation 😂😂 I am a 2 month+ diy retie chick! I am trying to do better mine are smaller than yours but my hair is fine in the front nape area so my hair grows out of the loc!! All that to say I need to retie sooner. I love your locs the are growing beautifully keep up the good work and keep the content coming sis!
I’m new to your channel. How many microlocs do you have? I have 212. I retie my locs over 4 days…3 days to go through my sections and day 4 to catch any I have missed. I have had tendinitis in my right shoulder for about a year. Finally, the shoulder is starting to heal. I used to go to the scalp with my retie. Now I stop and that keeps my locs from being too tight and no tension.
You were the first person that inspired me to get microlocs❤. I too have alopecia except my gaps are in the front of my head👎🏿. Im 9 months in and I am OVER the 2 to 3 days it takes for me to interloc. My husband and both of my children are also loc'd and maintained by me(again...👎🏿 lol). I am considering Knotted Locs to get my time back. Have you heard of them?
😭 I feel so blessed to be able to inspire in anyway. Yes it does take quite a while to retie Locs. How many do you have? I think you are at the stage where it may start getting easier I remember about 9 months in my retires we're moving a lot faster. But I was not maintaining as many people's hair as you are you are definitely strong!! I have not heard of knotted locs I may have to look into that. 💜
@@me70111 I am sorry to hear that but happy that you still are seeing the positive side of having locs 💜. And SHEESH, bless your soul, you have a lot of locs! I’d be so tired after a retie 😩
Hey girl! I love it! Keep up the great work and the consistent content! I also see you’ve been going live! Congrats on all the success! I’m going to go live tomorrow 3/13 at 7pm CST. I’d be honored if you could pop in and say hi! Hope to see you soon!

Beautiful locs. Amazing job. What do you think about doing a 2 point rotation on the thinner edges/sections of your hair? 💙🙌🏽❤️
@@suzannadunn4337 I recommend a 2 point rotation on thinner edges - less manipulation and a slightly larger or fuller loc.
Still haven’t started that retie 😅. Thanks for uploading this. I’ll get started now❤.
Oh no! You got this, Don't wait too long. i believe in you! 💜

I have 346 locs. Sadly, I'll never be able to pull them back and do a ponytail... but I am still grateful for the simplicity
