Even though I've been watching your videos for a while, this video has made me an official subscriber! You make a lot of great points, particularly about the multi-tasking and trying to be present on your journey of self growth. I can totally relate to this as I used to constantly ingest one book, podcast, or article after another thinking that was the best way to learn, until I realized that much of the learning actually came from pausing and reflecting in between. If you don't allow your brain to reflect and process everything you're ingesting, then I can't imagine you're actually learning much at all.
Glad that resonated with you! It's not a bad thing, I think it's helped me more than it has held be back but the key is the self-awareness.... so I can watch myself and see when it is that I need to put down whatever it is I'm doing and just be present. Thanks for subscribing :)

Amazing! This is a lot of what I’ve always done, less social media and more learning and being productive. Your RUclips channel during cardio and documentaries 🙌🏼 but such a good point at the end, find balance. There have been times where I got so obsessed with constantly doing something productive instead of doing something pleasurable
Balance is very important, as is morning rituals as they help set you up for the day 😊

I can completely relate with the getting addicted to growth, I do feel I'm caught up in it. My growth and work ethic are CRAZY. I barely answer to my messages, and I absolutely never procrastinate or watch a movie or nothing like that. At the same time, I feel its because I'm still in a very financially insecure place and I can't afford to leisure until that changes. Maybe when I'm there I will be able to balance it out better.
