Land prices fluctuate with green and red sales days, as do horse and other an imal prices. Not useful at beginning of the game, but great to keep in mind. Also, don't buy any of the toys. You can't give them away. They're meant for the builder's kids if they have them.

Drying Racks cost nothing to run. so get Plant Fiber (it's literally everywhere) and make paper on the Drying Rack. it won't make you tons of money but this way you will always have something to sell when the Market is up. also make friends with Hiedi the Architect. she gives you a discount on Yard Expansions when you're friends.
This glitch happened to me on console version, and tbh i just remade the same character and restarted a whole game 😂😂 i was only like an hour or two into flopping around like a fish out of water so it didnt bother me but if only i wouldve known

I got it by going up to the temple and jumping down on the arch and was able to get it. I just got it last night haha.

That is true. I'm broke right now after buying a nearly 100,000 yard expansion and redoing my house. I guess I'm going to make a lot of paper. Lol
