@@DemoGaming_ yes at the beginning these feeling are important.. but after a while (endgame) the lore/environment in MH is not so important. The final monsters are always calamities so there is little to explain around them and they do not need a "suitable" ecosystem. Also because they often have personal areas (but I would like not to see this anymore)

Gore Magala, Blangonga, Najarala, and Dalamadur are at the top of my list. F0r non mainline, Estrellian was a pretty cool monster for MHO. I think we'll see Snake Wyverns because Balahara acts a little more like one than a leviathan.
I have never actually fought against either of them yet! Getting to Khezu (very slowly...) with me playing through rise atm, but I don't have a way to experience Giggi, so I am really hoping that he returns in Wilds!
I have a pretty small wishlist fo monsters I want to return. 1. Mizutsune and soul seer. Mizutsune is my all time favorite monster. and I would love to see it in a more realistic style game. Soul seer is the only variant of it ive not faced as well. so i'd be cool seeing it. 2. Dalamadur. Big snake. big cool. simple as that. and I think its popular enough to be well recieved if it came back 3. Gogmazios. Praise the lord gog! I would adore seeing this monster in the modern series. not only fight wise but design wise. I've yet to fight him like any monster outside 5th gen so it would be really cool having him back. 4. Barioth. One of my favorites. I just really like Barioth. its a cool fight and a difficult one. but not overwhelming. at least for Sword and Shield which is my main weapon. 5. Baruragaru, we already know Frontier monsters can make their returns in the main series. and of all them this monster is one of my favorites from what ive seen. its very unique in its style and it would be really interesting to see it in modern games. 6. Malzeno. I just love the monster so much, especialy Primordial. But i highly doubt it will return. 7. Lunagaron. one of two good wolf monsters in the series(Zinogre being the other) its just such a cool monster combat wise and appearance wise. And in general i feel Monster Hunter really fucks up with the design of wolf like monsters outside Lunagaron and Zinogre.

Aka/Uka needs a modern update. Gog is a good raid type monster. White/Crimson Fata could be endgame expansion monsters (MHW:I mods don't count). If they wanna be crazy they could bring Atahl-ka back
I don't think we should see another Fatalis so soon, that should be saved for a future game... Ahtal Ka being a final boss could work though (alongside Gogmazios and Dalamadur...)

Yes Monoblos needs to Return also Oldogaron. I want to See Kirin again and Monster like Daimyo hermitaur and the other Cenetour Boss. Astalos is also nice. I think legiana is a very good looking Monster with a awesome sound

gogmazios is a monster i would love to see come back. but not in the base game. i would love to see it in tite update 4 or 5. or as the mr dlc update 3, something that is late game, something powerfull, and something that people espect is going to be a touph fight. and i'll be honest, the one i want as the last update for the game (mr dlc) it is sha'dalamadur, big ass snake as the final boss of the game (fetalis treatment world iceborn)
I honestly think we need *drum roll* ZORAH back. I love his armor love his design. His major role is making everthing happen in world how important he is to the lore the only reason I joined the quild and then the commission was to see the New World and Zorah was my ticket. We need him back. So what if his fight isn't fun most fights aren't! It's not the fight that's importants it's the lore! And honestly if you think Zorah's fight it borning you need to stop replaying the game and that quest. It is cinamatic for the first time which is what makes Zorah so much fun!

And lore wise he is phenomenally design, I mean all monsters are. But if he were to return, he would need a significant overhaul to his fight because it was a horrible fucking time (and like, I have only EVER replayed that quest when I needed his gear, I haven't replayed it since...), spending twenty minutes on each run only to do hardly anything and stand there for half the time... If he were to return, which I think he shouldn't (because there are many siege fights that deserve to get a fresh coat of paint like Dalamadur, Shen Gaoren, fuck even Lao Shan Lung), he would need to have a complete overhaul of his fight, making it fun and engaging to do multiple times, while also keeping the scope and cinematic feel that the original fight had...
No need to ahve one or the other, in fact, it would be better to have both. That way the rework monoblos desperately needs will shine brighter, as he's shown toe very different from diablos. Teostra got love in 4th and 5th gen but lunastra was only in Iceborne and she got a massive glow up to make her different from teostra. up to you, on how well that went but at the very least she's different now. Let monoblos use his wings, let him mix/combo digging attacks and flying dives. He'd be the first monster that both digs and flies, that would make him very unique. Only reason lagi wasn't in World was basically that MT Framework was a trash game engine. Couldn't get the skeleton to work and they spent a year making something work that has been in platformer games for decades. He took as long to fix as it would have taken to make an entire game on the PS2 with that mechanic working and the Mario Galaxy gimmick too. Insomniac did just that in 2003, a year before MH1/4 years before Mario Galaxy. Fuck zorah magdaros, he was a waste of time, just proving their engine was shit. Wilds is a different engine, the Rise one, and this team got the skeleton to work with balahara. The Rise team failed and just sort of cheated by making monsters like that have longer legs. They said that Wilds will focus less on elders in the story, compared to World where that was almost the only focus. Post main story though, I could see it. I love zamtrios, would love to see him, but you can't make the last appearance argument and not have gigginox. That one was last seen in MH3/3U. At least zamtrios was in GU. Gigginox was benched for 13 years. Akantor and Ukanlos may happen, they should in like a title update. Hopefully the oilwell basin and hte ice map have zones that will fit them. World had concept art of what became the elders recess with an akantor roaming it. How would they turf war? Unless we have an icy volcano, that's won't work. Qurupeco is too good, imagine the chaos he could unleash. So many turf wars and maybe he summons your monster away from you, to help him or mess with it, and has a cute surprised reaction to you coming along. Gog is the perfect final update monster. I don't want to see fatalis again, or his poorly written variants. Let them come later and give another final boss time to shine. Yeah, only one to never return. Also she's one of the 2 that weren't in 5th gen, along with lagi. They said the only issue with her was zone sizes not fitting her. They also said Wilds' maps are twice the size at minimum. Just give her 2 or 3 massive zones in the ice maps and jobs done. That would also help ukanlos too. Khezu's fine, gigginox is just better. It was, literally, the second attempt at khezu's concept... After khezu was an utter failure at what he was suppose to be and was memed into oblivion. Gigginox was so forgotten, until the hunters choice vote, that most call the tigrex shaped monster a trio when it's a dam quartet. They always forget this one and it's become a running joke. 18th most popular monster, I love namielle but "extremely underrated" is a bit much. Same reason we haven't seen lagi, anake wyverns have the exact same coding difficulties. With them solved, we should get him, his better subspecies, and a new snake. Odogaron needs 1 fix, if he comes back, give him Rise/Sunbreak's version of bleed. It's just better. We know that sushifish scales still cure bleed in Wilds so it's back. The seltases need to happen. Justice for desert seltas! Make a new scorpion, that thing's part break mechanics were trash. Atal-ka, as a final update, could work.

Dalamadur was almost as big a snorefest as Zorah. I hope both of them join Plesioth Cephadrome and Khezu and create a new classification of monsters called gone forever and never coming back wyverns.

Gog is the perfect final update monster. I don't want to see fatalis again, or his poorly written variants. Let them come later and give another final boss time to shine.
Yeah, only one to never return. Also she's one of the 2 that weren't in 5th gen, along with lagi. They said the only issue with her was zone sizes not fitting her. They also said Wilds' maps are twice the size at minimum. Just give her 2 or 3 massive zones in the ice maps and jobs done. That would also help ukanlos too.
Khezu's fine, gigginox is just better. It was, literally, the second attempt at khezu's concept... After khezu was an utter failure at what he was suppose to be and was memed into oblivion. Gigginox was so forgotten, until the hunters choice vote, that most call the tigrex shaped monster a trio when it's a dam quartet. They always forget this one and it's become a running joke.
18th most popular monster, I love namielle but "extremely underrated" is a bit much.
Same reason we haven't seen lagi, anake wyverns have the exact same coding difficulties. With them solved, we should get him, his better subspecies, and a new snake.
Odogaron needs 1 fix, if he comes back, give him Rise/Sunbreak's version of bleed. It's just better. We know that sushifish scales still cure bleed in Wilds so it's back.

I dont think Namielle will be coming back as wilds already have the water monster similar to Namielle. Though I hope to be proven wrong

Yeah, so what I did was download the template, put it into Canva, and then grab the monster icons for the monsters you want and just put them on there!

Dalamadur was almost as big a snorefest as Zorah. I hope both of them join Plesioth Cephadrome and Khezu and create a new
classification of monsters called gone forever and never coming back wyverns.
Everyone you just named should get a fresh coat of paint in Wilds IMO... (Except Zorah)
