Note : i have yelan kazuha and Bennett and i kinda want to get xianyun for him in her next rerun As for weapon i have the melusin claymore r5 and i may get Black cliff
Vape with Yelan is a great start. After you get used to/ or familliar with His playstyle you can try Forward Melt, since it's the one that can use the most of His potential. You can use Rainslasher instead if you have it, but Blackcliff is also great option.

Technically Yes. The thing about Dragonstrike is that your jump height determined by many factors such as Enemy Hitbox, Enemy Heights, Hitlag, and Input Precisions. So it wouldn't always possible to do High plunges unless all your Dragonstrike are extremely precise. It can be practical in many Teams (especially Melt and Vape) given good pilot. Because a precise Dragonstrike can let you gain height faster, hence actually usable in setups.
