I think my bunny did this today and before she went into that stage I walked in on her drowning in the water bowl I got her out but she was just like that for bout 10 mins but I can see her pulse. She’s loss her appetite and hasn’t been active all day she just go in the corner and get in a loaf position and idk if she sleeping or dying slowly and she’s been losing weight fast as well.. can someone give me some advice ?

My rabbit got gi stasis or something like that she was like a balloon it hurt me to death and i wanted to monitor her the whole night but i fell asleep and at 3:41am i got awaken by her kicking and doing something and i instinctively shushed her but then she started squeaking it will also haunt me then i picked her up and she was so lifeless i started crying and my mom picked her up and we sat on my bed crying and periodically every 30secs she kept having one little tiny squeak i cant the grief is fucking killing me may they both rest in peace im so sorry what was the sound like ik this is sensitive and you probably forgot about it but it happened 2 days ago i just need closure and i need to find a way to cope also how did you cope please help me i cant live like this😢😭💔🐰
I had two bunnies, Blue and Berry. It was Christmas..i was having my lunch and my dad finished early and started calling me. I watched in horror to see Blue upside down vertically in the cage. I thought i would die...i was howling like crazy and tried to save him but he was gone. His body was solid as rock. I covered him up and put him in a box and went to the vet to know if it was some kind of poisoning or just a natural death. Since it was Christmas evening, the vet didn't give a shit but confirmed that it's not a poisoning case. I was crying without break. I had Berry in a lil basket and while I and my dad were waiting for a cab, her eyes widened and she started sinking into her basket. I thought i would lose her too but we kept pumping her heart and she was fine. After returning home we dug a grave for Blue and then the worst part...till he lived i handled him so carefully and with love and that day we had to put two bricks over his body cos 7-8 stray dogs caught the smell and were roaming close. We got Berry an older companion Dew a week later but a lot happened and I ended up not having bunnies. It's been 4 years, i miss my babies Blue, Berry and Dew like anything. I still look at their pictures and videos at night and cry for hours. I dont know if Dewberry are alive but i lost my babies...i don't think i can ever recover. I adopted a cat recently but he can never replace them..💔
@@arindamguha5328 They surely cost 500 a pair when i bought them, but then they were priceless coz for me they were my kids. You can't put a price tag on someone you love. I hope u find some sense and i hope that whenever u have your own pet/human child, u won't treat them as a currency.
My rabbit died of cancer when she was 8 and a a half. She wasn't just a pet, she was my best friend too. I loved her so much I could feel her passing. She told me in a way not to be sad, but to remember the god times. I really loved that bunny, her fur was so soft like silk and it was clean and beautiful. I used to snuggle up to her in my bed and sleep with her! I'm getting a guinea pig this year, I'm going to spoil it rotten with treats and cuddles!!!!
He in PEACE...... But this pain no one can understand.... Therefore, we have to explain and strengthen our heart and we have to come out of this pain. Our love for our bunny is always there and remains the same whether he is near us or away from us...
My bunny died due to heart attack he closed one eye on previous night, later we realized already had one stroke. But ate a whole cucumber in night plenty of water and died on next day . We didnt have any experience on whats happening may be we could have saved the little angel if we knew the method shown in the video. Im unable to come out of guilt. Its all our fault.
I feel exactly how you do… when my bun honey had a heart attack I didn’t know what was happening. Now looking at this video I’m starting to realize that I could have saved her but listen, use this information from this amazing lady and keep it. I have another bunny now and I will use this method on her if I ever need to so then the guilt won’t stick and I will realize it wasn’t my fault. You were an amazing owner and don’t forget that.

For the people wondering, this bunny died the next day. I also had 3 bunnies in my shelter have a stroke, they lived and still died the next day. It’s depressing really! Very devastated since I tried the same method in this video. Rabbits are very delicate and that’s just how domestication is. Reality!
Rabbits are very delicate animals, but sometimes you have to give them FIRST AID⛑️ at home first, after that you can take them to the doctor. Because first of all it is necessary that we can keep the rabbit alive till it is taken to the doctor... Thank you

Hello aunty sorry to say but my rabbit died yesterday... He had ear infection and even after seeing him to a pet doctor and giving him medication, his situation worsened and he couldn't walk and then eventually yesterday evening she had same symptoms as your rabbit... She is actually the same breed as yours... She was panting and having difficulty in breathing and eventually she had a heart attack... Nobody knew what to do but since she was in much pain from the past 10 days...My mom told me to let her die peacefully even though I wanted to do CPR like you did.. I regret now that I didn't do it.. Hopefully she is at peace now... OM SHANTI!

Same thing happened to me From many days my bunny was strucking her head up, we thought she only had a throat pain we even gave her all the bunny meds but it didn't seem to work. One day she was putting her head up as usual but suddenly slept on her back (as she did while relaxing) we thought that she was just resting but then she started shaking unstoppable my father quickly got up to her and try doing everything but as soon as we understood what's happening to her it was too late...that day I cried my eyes out and wasn't able to sleep the entire night..I loved her like my own soul ❤️ she should rest in peace ✌️☮️
Whenever the rabbit shows any such symptoms, we should first keep them in the open air and secondly, they should be given light drops of water in their face and mouth, next you have to take them to a pet shop.they give injections to the rabbit from which they recover completely in 1 to 2 days.

I lost mine after 3 years its because of e cuniculi disease its spread by contagious urine of other rabits/mammals please give albendazole every 3 months its heart breaking watching them suffer i wouldn't wish any bunny to go through what mine went through please share this knowledge. I miss my meow bunny for her please share this so no bunny has to go through so much pain and can lead healthy life
You are doing it very well....i also save my pippo 3 times from heart attack through the same way when she was kid. If you ever face this kind of situation, when the bunny feel a little better after the heart attack, give them 2 -3 spoon lukewarm cow or goat milk with 1 spoon water,use a dropper to feed. it will give some energy ❤
As a owner that had a bunny with floppy ears and blue both eyes she went through alot my grandma actually saved her life she got some shots in her bum bum she didnt eat nor drink anything at all so iim pretty sure she had a bad heat stroke but luckily she survived.....but she eventually passed away from old age she was 8 years old when she died.....miss her to this day Miss you Gricka

My I had two bunnies and I got my second one for Christmas he was black and white I named him Oreo it’s beens good until when we got to 2024 February 8th when I was on my way home from school my sister texted me and told me that something is wrong with him I came home his head was tilted and he was having a seizure than as we got in the car he passed away I was crying like a baby I couldn’t take it anymore I saw him took his last breath and he stoped breathing 😭he was a gift for me he was only a month old he didn’t make it It’s heart breaking to lose animals that you love so much

I tried the same approach however unfortunately my Coco died. He was fine in night and was playing with us and when i saw in morning he was doing similar behaviour. I tried a lot finally just died. We will miss Honey and Coco 😘

This is not an heart attack it is normal behaviour of rabbits when you hold them like this they just get unresponsive and it is not a right way to hold them.

If the rabbit feels that there is an attack on them or they are in danger.. Rabbits usually make their bodies completely calm as if they are completely dead, but they actually become active after a while.... It's takes some time.....

Sometimes when the heartbeat works very slowly, then due to thumping, the heartbeat becomes faster and the oxygen supply becomes faster. at that time the breath comes back due to thumping of the heart....
Most of the rabbits die at night because at that time we cannot see them and they feel lonely and because of this they mostly die at night. So always talk with you rabbit 🐇

As far as I have noticed, when you keep rabbits in a closed room or in a closed case, they get very scared or feel lonely due to which they get heatstroke. And many times we don't even know that he is having any trouble because he is locked in the room or in the cage and our attention does not go there..
And it happened to me too when my rabbit was alone in the room. Since that incident now all my rabbits roam freely throughout the house... And now they are enjoying and healthy..

That time she was not good but after sometime I have taken her to the doctor dispensary and after the medication she was absolutely fine. You can see her happy and healthy life video.....think after 2 or 3 days i have uploaded.... Thank you ❤️ for your concern 🙂.
bcos that was a sudden incident....so i made this video......so it helps other who got panic at that time... it was my luck that this trick work and my bunny is fine now.... when he recover.....after i have published this video. not any other intension.
I don’t know why anyone would keep these things other than they look cute. They’re WAY more trouble than they’re worth and literally everything kills them: most human food, electric wires they nibble on, any animal that eats meat, water, heart attacks because they heard themselves fart too loud…

I feel exactly how you do… when my bun honey had a heart attack I didn’t know what was happening. Now looking at this video I’m starting to realize that I could have saved her but listen, use this information from this amazing lady and keep it. For the people wondering, this bunny died the next day. I also had 3 bunnies in my shelter have a stroke, they lived and still died the next day. It’s depressing really! Very devastated since I tried the same method in this video. Rabbits are very delicate and that’s just how domestication is. Reality!

Hello aunty sorry to say but my rabbit died yesterday... He had ear infection and even after seeing him to a pet doctor and giving him medication, his situation worsened and he couldn't walk and then eventually yesterday evening she had same symptoms as your rabbit... She is actually the same breed as yours... She was panting and having difficulty in breathing and eventually she had a heart attack... Nobody knew what to do but since she was in much pain from the past 10 days...My mom told me to let her die peacefully even though I wanted to do CPR like you did.. I regret now that I didn't do it.. Hopefully she is at peace now... OM SHANTI!

From many days my bunny was strucking her head up, we thought she only had a throat pain we even gave her all the bunny meds but it didn't seem to work. One day she was putting her head up as usual but suddenly slept on her back (as she did while relaxing) we thought that she was just resting but then she started shaking unstoppable my father quickly got up to her and try doing everything but as soon as we understood what's happening to her it was too late...that day I cried my eyes out and wasn't able to sleep the entire night..I loved her like my own soul ❤️ she should rest in peace ✌️☮️
Whenever the rabbit shows any such symptoms, we should first keep them in the open air and secondly, they should be given light drops of water in their face and mouth, next you have to take them to a pet shop.they give injections to the rabbit from which they recover completely in 1 to 2 days.
Right now I have forgotten the name of the injection, if I remember, I will mention here....

If you ever face this kind of situation, when the bunny feel a little better after the heart attack, give them 2 -3 spoon lukewarm cow or goat milk with 1 spoon water,use a dropper to feed. it will give some energy ❤

As a owner that had a bunny with floppy ears and blue both eyes she went through alot my grandma actually saved her life she got some shots in her bum bum she didnt eat nor drink anything at all so iim pretty sure she had a bad heat stroke but luckily she survived.....but she eventually passed away from old age she was 8 years old when she died.....miss her to this day Miss you Gricka

GHAR aate hi pata chala! use bohot tez dhup lag chuki usi din se uska pairo mein weakness aa gayi use khade hone me kaafi dikkat ho rahi thi pair tedha karke khada hota, appetite kharab ho gaya, ghar aate hi usne constanly poty karna shuru kar diya, ek din tak bahut poty ki usne.....lekin hum use multivtamin, painkiller and khaana as per private Vet suggestion daily diya.... lekin har roz uski kamzori badhti gayi.. humne ek din uske dant khudse nailclipper through thoda sa cut kiya....1.5 months ho chuke the.... uski haddiyan kamjor pad rahi thi ... 14th march ko humare rabbit ka right hand kaam karna band kar diya, ab vo khade nahi ho pa rha tha ..usne bilkul jaise aapka rabbit kar rha hai vaisa behave rha tha , usi raat humne use syrine feed with medicine diya, ......aur subah 15 march jab mere papa ne use subah 7 baje toilet karne gallary mein rakha uske 10-15 minute baad he LEFT US!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭........Main bata nahi skta how painful this is for me to llose this cute innoccent baby i had in my life...Main bahot guilty feel kar rha hu ki hum use kyu us dhoop mein le gaye,kyun humne 12000 rs kharch karne se peeche hate 😭😭.....shayad aaj mera bacha mere saath hota....hum kuch bhi samjh nahi payen use ghar ka khana bhi khilate the 😭😭😭😭 Main bahooooooooot miss kar rha hu use aaj😭 ...meri family kal se usko yaad kar karke bahot ro rahi hai....usko humne nearest Christian cremetorium jahan allowed to nahi tha but 350 rs deke burry kiya. This is not an heart attack it is normal behaviour of rabbits when you hold them like this they just get unresponsive and it is not a right way to hold them.

Since that incident now all my rabbits roam freely throughout the house...
