Yeah, this video is sad but you know some people gain knowledge best through videos and google also puts videos at the top of searches when they can so it's important this one gets out there for the benefit of pet bunnies worldwide.
@@somedude6227 I would get them checked out just in case as it could be the beginning of gi stasis or gas problems, tell the vet that they do this, mine did this for a while and I didn’t get them checked because they started eating again after every time so I thought it was nothing and then one time they did this and then died and I will always regret not taking him to the vet, might not be the same situation as you though
Sending my love to those who have gone through this and heard things like, “They’re just so fragile and die easily” or “it’s just a rabbit.” They can live just as long as some dogs and cats and yet we rabbit owners don’t get the same respect that they do when it comes to pet loss. Both my buns are 8 this year and I dread losing them.
but I know you gave those bunnies a good home and they appreciated the good home they will love you even if they're not here on Earth there in a better place but in their heart you being with them was the best place for all the bunnies who have been lost being with their owners this what I mean
Lennon reminds me of my passed rabbit, buns. If anyone's interested, here's her story... I hadn't found out about your channel until pretty recently. I got buns when I was 5 years old. Yes... 5. I didn't do anything right, or so it felt. For YEARS, she had a wire bottomed cage (although there was a soft wood surface on the bottom floor to escape to) and was stuck mostly in a decent sized hutch outside. She had too many pellets, too many treats, not enough greens, and not nearly enough hay. I didn't even litter box train her until her last year. But despite all this, Buns was the sweetest soul. Probably not as sweet as lennon, but she would hop all over me, give me kisses all over my arms and face, and she would come whenever I called. She enjoyed pets and we could sit on the couch and cuddle for literally hours on end. I lost my best friend one year ago. I now know I wasn't doing everything right, and that I definitely could have extended her life to many more years. She was 7 when she passed. Thanks to one of your recent videos I found that she seemed to be going through GI stasis before.. well, before she passed. I was right there to witness it all. at least I did one thing right: I comforted her in our last moments together. I had a feeling I was doing things wrong. One year later I was gifted a bunny for Christmas. Blue. I knew his name before I even met him. I researched a bunch of stuff and one day your channel popped up. Lorelei, you've not only saved me, but you've saved a bunny from living a life of confinement and unproper care. I really can't thank you enough. It makes me want to cry all over again thinking about how many things I did wrong with buns, but knowing that Blue doesn't have to go through that eases the pain. Blue lives a happy life. I'm working so hard to convince my parents to let him free roam in a part of the house. I'm working on it, and I think it's going to work someday. But for now he's outside in a large hutch with huge fencing around it. I let him out three times a day for a half hour or more each time. I feed him lots of greens every day, and a special treat once a week. I barely give him any pellets, and there is ALWAYS water and hay available to him. He has toys and he's litter box trained. I try to spend a lot of time with him and continue to gain his trust. I hope someday he and I can have a relationship like buns and I did, or like you and lennon have. It's really special. Anyways, if you've made it this far, I'm surprised... Lorelei, if you've read this, I just want to thank you once again for all the critical information and everything else. ❤︎
This was by far the sweetest comment I've ever read on this channel, or even RUclips. I'm so sorry about Buns, but I'm glad Blue is living happily ever after. Buns loves you 😘💕. You must be a great owner.
my bunny died in February of this year. he was acting fine and one day when i was giving him his leafy greens for dinner i noticed his legs were in a very alarming position. i started panicking and called my parents upstairs. we laid him on our couch and soon after he began having very intense spasms and after 30 minutes he passed away. it was very traumatic for me but i was glad i got to give him love in his final moments. this video gave me a lot of closer and i’m very thankful for that. ❤️❤️
We lost ours back in February too. They died within two days of each other. Had them for 7 years since they were babies. Not siblings but a bonded pair. We had to put the first one down as she only had a 35% of making it through with the treatment the vets recommended. The second died two days later because he couldn’t handle being without her. It still hurts.
I just lost my baby girl a month ago, and the things I've heard from my coworkers about how she was "just a bunny" are so hurtful. It is the worst loss I've ever experienced in my life. I miss her like I've lost a part of my soul. These little guys are angels sent to earth. I miss you Fluffbun....
Our bunnies never refuse banana. In fact, they circle together in their pens when nobody is around and plan out their world domination strategy and their plan to take over the entire banana industry to have unlimited bananas for the rest of their lives🐰🍌
Mine was perfectly healthy, woke up one day and she seemed off. 24 hours later and I was burying her. These videos need to be made so that maybe the hurt I went through can be prevented in the future. For all wondering, she was hunched, stomach growling, bloated, didn't move. I cared for her all day and night but fell asleep and woke up to her dead. You never know just how much you love something until it's gone.
I remember crying until my eyes were all puffed and no more tears would come out. I feel your words ❤️ I hope you are well and taking good care of your health.
My rabbit passed away back In January, he lost motion of his back legs and had trouble breathing. He was my first pet & it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever been through.
I lost my bunny 4 days ago....and I don't know how to be without her ...I loved my girl so much ....rest in peace Snowy ...you've made the happiest teen and I miss you so much love.
"Screaming is a rare occurrence for bunnies." *glares at my bun for screaming in her sleep on a weekly basis * "As we know, rabbits are not very vocal animals." *glares harder at my bun for constantly vocalizing *
@@andreakoroknai1071 Honestly, I have no idea. I think it's either nightmares, or an involuntary action while sleeping. She does run and twitch in her sleep, so I could see it being the latter. Sometimes she'll scream, I'll run over to check on her, and she's still 100% asleep.
@@cheru_fishmonster she's a very expressive bunny with a big imagination, it sounds a bit scary though, is she a rescue, maybe she had bad experiences in the past? :(
@@andreakoroknai1071 She is a rescue, so I've wondered that myself. I always give her some pets, and she seems to calm down pretty quickly. You're right, she is just very vocally expressive for a rabbit. She mostly just grunts a lot. Not usually because she's angry. She just does it, lol.
my heart goes out to pipkin and other people who have lost their bunnies! I hope no one has to see this for a very long time. Lennon and lorelei hope you are well
I was at the vet this morning because my baby excitedly sniffed but then refused to eat a slice of apple. We were in the lobby and i was petting her and noticed her ears were really cold. Suddenly she screamed. I ran to the front desk and yelled that she was dying. They got her heart back online but she was braindead. I had to make the horrible decision to take her off of lifesupport. My heart is shattered.
My bunny jut passed away a few days ago, and it hit me really hard. I blamed myself thinking I did something wrong. He didn't have any of the signes discussed in this video, and this video has really helped me to give myself some grace and to not dwell on the past but think to the future. Thank you for this channel, I don't know how I could have coped withought watching your videos.
I just wanna say to anyone who has recently dealt with pet loss, everything is going to be ok :) your pet is in a better place now! And they are happy doing whatever they love to do
I understand that your comment is meant to be comforting but do you honestly believe that? or are you tickling the ears of those who wish to hear something that will give them false assurance of something to not be true?
Last August when my bunny was one and a half I found this RUclips channel and it changed both our lives. She no longer lives in a tiny cage in the living room, she’s completely free roaming my room and we spend so much more time together. Last November I thought she would die, she wasn’t drinking, she refused to eat, she was limping and barely reacted to anything around her. I did nothing but cry and lay there petting her and trying to get her eat/drink. She eventually did start eating again and she was fully back to normal the next day. I’m so happy to still have Snows in my life and I don’t think she would’ve made it If I hadn’t found this wonderful bunny family ❤️🐰
Looking back at all the comments has given me a lot of clarity.😊My bunny died a month ago, she was perfectly healthy and acting her normal, silly, curious self when she started getting spasms. I thought she was choking, I saw the spasms again and I still didn't realize something was going on. It's SO hard to lose your pet, it really is underrated. Pets are like family, mine was literally my best friend. I'm so gratefull for people like you guys to relate to. It makes me feel like I'm not alone.❤
Random comment , can we appreciate lorelies apartments style . Even though it's not my cup of tea Lorelie makes her apartment gorgeous even though she owns a pet , and lennon still gets a good life and everything she needs provided , it's just hidden so well💕
This video coincidentally came out while my rabbit is sick. He’s doing better than before, and is expected to have a full recovery. Edit: He’s all better, and is back to doing binkies and eating.
I can't help but cry all the duration of this video. My bunny passed away half a year ago and I couldn't save her or help her. Most people don't understand how fragile they are. They think that bunnies are like dogs or cats. We couldn't find an exotic vet where we were ... so we will never know what happened to her. Thank you Lorelei for always making videos about bunnies that educates people about them. I learned a lot with your channel.
I love watching her cause she says a lot of facts about bunnies and what there living space should be like and her videos are helping me prepare for my rabbits. Love this channel
Thank you for talking about this. It's also a reminder to cherish our bunnies. Also a piece of advice to other bunny owners.. It doesn't matter if you weren't there when they pass, because in the end the time , love and attention you gave them through their lifetime is what they will remember in their last moments. ❤️
I never knew anything about rabbits until I found our rescue bun in our backyard over 2 years ago. She was an Easter dump and now my wife and I are rabbit advocates and volunteer at our local House Rabbit Society (Georgia). What I will say is know your buns schedule, behaviors and actions. My bun is like clockwork when she is happy and healthy however she is mini rex and sheds quite a bit. We always pick up on when she is pre- GI stasis and the wife quickly reacts on getting her out of it quickly. We give her half of a Gax-X chewable daily to keep it under control and has been a life saver due as administering gas drops is not fun for bun or owners. A very strict diet has also helped greatly . She is free roam and has her own 250 sq ft bun room for her safe place on the main level. Used to be my bar pre-bun days :-) Thanks for what you do!
Dont think negative, is not good for your health, instead, enjoy every day your bunny is with you. Death is part of life so we need to learn how to live with it... It makes us appreciate more the time we are here
The only thing that this video reminded me of was when my bunny, Sagittarius, passed away a couple of months ago. He wasn’t moving, eating/drinking, his eyes were watering, and he was gasping for breath. I miss him so much, but thank you for making this video so that people will know.
Same here. And my bunny's fur was rough, looked messed up on that day. I just still want to know what exactly she passed away from so maybe I can do more to avoid it happening to my other two, but I'll probably never know. I tried to research but didn't really find anything.
@@imdipsy8345 Ik your other bunny will be okay so stay positive! But still you should if you can spend extra time with your other bunny and make sure is eating it’s greens and veggies! As well as bananas 🍌 😂. Have a blessed day. 🧚🏻♀️🍌💅✨🤠🤚🏻🤩☁️😝
Thank you so much for this video. Your words helped me, I am especially experimenting a lot of guilt even though I know I did everything I could. I lost my beloved bunny yesterday. From a really nasty bloat. I miss her so terribly, my heart hurts. She helped me through 4 years of burnout periods of stress and anxiety. I have applied for a school to make a career change, waiting to get in. And as I said goodbye to her yesterday, I promised her that I would take good care of myself from now on. And I thanked her for her help and caring support. Her job was done❤️ RIP Bodil 🐇
I lost my bunny the night before you posted this and I was so upset! I couldn’t watch until now. I don’t know what happened, I rescued Mr. Bun Bun April 13th on a pretty remote road to my house and I’m sure he was abandoned. He was a cute little lop (I think German cuz of his size) but he was a pound under weight with almost 2 in nails and had fleas! He gained almost a pound in my care and was the sweetest boy ever! Learned his litter box fast and through you and other youtubers I researched the heck out of bunny care cuz I never had one before. He had a large kennel that I always had open to my living room (bun proof) and he trusted me so much he was licking me and loving on me within days! I even took him to the vet twice trying to see what Hos health was like. He wasn’t fixed so I was waiting for him to gain weight so I could do that next. I love him so much and the death was sudden, but looking back I’m so sad I missed something. I’m not sure if it was a disease, or GI stasis cuz he was eating and still pooping, up to his last day except stopped eating greens. But I thought it was because I had bought a new brand. When I got home that night he pooped outside his kennel which he never does and didn’t eat his cecotropes, so I knew then it was emergency time. I hate that I waited, I wish I knew more. I just hope he knew how much I love him and how much of a blessing he was. 3 months is such a short time, but I loved every second. 💖
I am so sorry. It sounds like you did everything you could to learn and provide a loving home, and you were able to give him 3 months of love that he otherwise would have never experienced, and that means the world.
@Tasia I am so sorry for your loss. My mini lop girl One Spot died 7.7.21 as well. I have no idea why... and wondered if maybe the ridiculous combat fireworks going off the week prior too and the night of the 4th of July had anything to do with it. As I was going through comments from others about their buns passing.... I noticed many of them posted about a month ago. I'm still so heart broken. I was up tonight thinking about her and found this video. I don't know how I previously missed it. I had her with me on the bed when she passed and was petting her and telling her I loved her and it was ok to go. Much love to anyone going through this currently or recently... or ever.
@@nastymct I’m sorry for your loss too! It’s so hard but happy I can look back now and just love my time with him! Hoping in the future to have more bun babies! They are so sweet! Just will do more work and education before I have another one! Praying you heal from your loss! 💖
We only have a couple of vets in Albuquerque who deal with "exotic" pets (that's how rabbits are classified in this city). One of them is an emergency care service and therefore somewhat expensive. The other is where I have my boys registered, but they only have one rabbit specialist and the last few times I've needed him he's been out of the office--not surprising during the 'Rona year and a half. Still, it's nice to know I have resources; in smaller towns there might be none.
I also live in Albuquerque and I have to drive all the way to Santa Fe which is a 45 min drive around there to get him checked up and everything because of the same reason there isn’t many vets here that take in “ exotic animals “ ughhh
I live in Finland, before my boy passed away last year I drove 3 hours one way to get him to the closest exotic vet. I had taken him to our local vet who had absolutely no clue what was going on and didn't even realize he was dying. I'm glad I made the trip, even though he passed while there I know I did the best I could for him. He was such a sweet bunny and I'm still mourning loosing him.
@@aleurias5004, have you tried Petroglyph Animal Hospital on the west side? The humane society gave me a list of vets, and only 2 or 3 on the list deal with exotics, and that's definitely one of them. I've been happy with their care for the cat, too. Also, maybe we need to hang out sometime! Always happy to have bunny bros!
@@rabbitila7685, a few years ago I applied at a vet's office in a neighboring village, and they did treat rabbits and chickens and other non-standard pets. I thought it weird that it would be more common there than in the"big city," though of course more people would have those animals. Thanks for the information!
Ooh nice, then they'd never die a 2nd time. As there's a saying 1st death is body shutting down etc and 2nd death is when everyone forgets about that person/animal etc
Our daughter lost her lifelong friend hunny the bunny on 2nd June 2021, he was 8, we all loved him so much and miss him everyday, he was a gorgeous wee bunny and our daughter was the best friend hunny could have ever had.
UGH I live in LA as well and oh my god, getting emergency care for my bunny with stasis was the worst nightmare. We called every vet in the city and even our usual emergency vet @ access was not taking emergencies :( had to go over 2 hours away by bus to get her help and in the time waiting for care at the overburdened clinic, her condition became more critical… lack of exotic emergency vets adds 2000x stress to an already stressful situation; my heart goes out for those in small towns without any vet care
Hey Lorelei! I also wanted to say that my friends in Texas own at least 3-4 rabbits. They are kept in dog cages and don't eat much leafy greens or hay last time I was there. It's been 3 years since my last visit and now I'm going back next week. Watching your channel has prepared me to help educate them on how to care for their rabbits. Thanks again! ❤️
Galaxy Gamin' Girlz, that's incredible. Sounds like you're taking great care of your bun. Don't be scared to lose him. It hurts. It hurts a lot, and I would know because I lost mine. But if it's his time, there's not really much you can do. It's okay to be scared, but don't worry too much ❤︎ I wish you luck!
Mine too :0 thanks to Lorelei, I learned a lot about rabbits when didnt knew anything about it :'). But definally saved my rabbit from having a life in a cage in my room... But now she lives on the laundry and spends most of the Day on the yard with supervision. In the afternoon goes back and then we spend time together :)
Hi! Sadly my rabbit passed away yesterday while he was having his operation. He was only 8 months old and it was heartbreaking for me and my family. It was my first rabbit and we made a mistake by going to a not good vet who made a mistake while doing the operation. When watching your videos I felt better and they made really happy. Thank you for the awesome content.❤
My bunny died a few days ago. We were told about 7 months ago that she had a heart condition due to old age and only had a few weeks left. She proved everyone wrong and lived longer than anyone thought. Since we rescued her, we don’t quite know her exact age but we think she was around 10 years old. She had been eating less and becoming more tired and we knew it was her time. She collapsed and so we made she was comfy and we gave her lots of love until she passed. 💙
I loved that you didn't only tell the signs of bunnies dying but also told us what to do if they're dying and what to do with their body. This is properly educating content. Really appreciate it ❤️
Hi Lorelei! I just wanted to say that you have changed my rabbits lives. You have made there lives %100 better and them %100 happier! Thank you💜 Stay positive💗
not gonna lie, i started crying while watching this video because my sweet baby bun, ping, died yesterday morning. :( i love you forever, ping. i'm sorry i couldn't give you the life you deserved. i'll do my best to take better care of zer.
Me too right now :( I really tried…not the best care but I tried and when I knew my life got too busy I tried finding caring homes but they kept falling through :( I feel so bad but it’s better he’s not suffering
Your channel helped me learn how to care for my rabbit and convince my parents to let me have one. I got my sweet boy, Shadow in 2019. He was the absolute best. He had a huge personality, and he and my German Shepherd bonded. They loved each other so much. He followed her around like he was her puppy, and she loved on him while constantly watching over him. We noticed he stopped pooping and peeing later that year. I talked with my vet and she was worried about GI stasis, but turns out he had congenital kidney disease. He was in renal failure already, but they kept him for a while then sent him home with liquids every night and gave him a few more months to live. He passed away about two weeks later on December 23rd. It was very sudden as he was fine the night before. He was running around doing his favorite things. I remember him ripping up a roll from the Christmas paper the night before he died. I'm so grateful for my vet being able to give him a couple more weeks of happiness and love. He is so greatly missed and he was so loved. Thank you for all the info you give out, and for educating people on how to properly care for their bunnies!!
Just last week I found your new home renovation and now I’ve been watching your videos everyday. I’ve watched multiple videos a day, even though I don’t have a rabbit. Your videos are so interesting to me.
Me too, this past Thursday. It's been so hard on us especially since everyone kept telling us we were doing good for her and she was healthy up until that point. I'm so sorry for your loss, she will always be with you in spirit.❤️💓❤️
When my bunny was 2 months old he almost passed away of hypothermia. Gladly I quickly noticed that he wasnt able to stand on his own and took him to a vet who quickly managed and took care of him. They warmed him up and gave him some medicine which I don't remember now but after a few hours he was standing up and eating like nothing happened. He is my little miracle.

I’m so frustrated because everyone’s bunnies look so perfect and I cry everyday over the stress with mine. Not the care but just other stuff. You make me feel better Lorelei and Lennon. Thank you so much.
Please don’t be fooled be this! If I share bunny pictures, I also try to show the perfect sides and situations But the truth is, that I’m also concerned all the time, that I may make some mistakes I don’t notice
I think this is a great topic to cover. The reality is that the bunny world isn’t black and white, there are so many fine lines that make up the community. There aren’t many people who cover proper bunny care let alone talk about the not so amazing pieces of owning a bunny. You covered this topic very straight to the point and ended on a charismatic note. Thank you for all you do ❤️

I'm so sorry to hear this, I really feel for you. Is there anything I can do as an internet friend? If you need to vent I'm here! Maybe go through some photos of your bunny and pick one out to print (Walmart is really cheap!) And decorate a frame and keep a photo frame of the picture
@@donnakulbacki3897 my bunny passed away a month ago but she also had her head slightly tilt, because around December her head started tilting eventually tilting all the way to one side so we took her to the vet and after that she started recovering from medicine but her head was still slightly tilted but she was live and healthy like she was per head tilt. After some research I found out that there isn't necessarily a specific cause to head tilts. just make sure that your bunny is healthy, eating the right hay and pellets etc and vegables and overall has a good living experience

This was such an interestingly timed video for me because my next foster rabbit that I'm picking up next week from the rescue I work with will be a long-term foster for end of life care for a bunny that has cancer. She was kept outside all her life and never spayed and tragically it resulted in cancer, and I've just been trying to mentally prepare for that because from what I know of her she's doing really well right now and likely has at least six months or more for me to give her the best life she can get here at the end. So thanks for the wonderful video, and I'm going to do my best for my new foster bunny to love life while she can and pass peacefully.
I have had a 14 year old, 2 11-year olds, and a 10 year old. Just sharing to give hope that ypur bunny can live along time. Lots of medical care involved. My current 7 year old just got a 100% clean bill of health at her yearly checkup yesterday. Best wishes to all bunny parents❤
I just want to say that before I discover your channel my bunny never got out of his cage but now that I've learned so much from you my bunny is free roamed and potty trained thank you so much ❤️🤍
I lost my bunny about two or three years ago, she had developed tumours that werent removable, but despite our vet saying she has about half a year left, she did stay with us for a little over two more years, it was a strong little sunshine. Unfortunately the day she passed away I was not at home and I'm still being haunted that I couldn't be with her in her final hours 😔 I miss her a big lot.
Just found your channel and enjoying it! I had a rabbit when I was young and he was wonderful. I wish I knew the signs he was going to pass so that I could have made life easier for him. This is a good video for any rabbit guardian - past, present or future can learn from.
I got worried pressing this video knowing that my bunny might have one of these symptoms but I think I might be good. And also 0 dislikes, wow Let's keep this number the same for her other videos too :D
My rabbit was pregnant and she was 2 weeks past her due date so I was a bit worried but miscarriage is normally not problematic then one morning I noticed she wanting eating breakfast and lying in one spot then she wouldn't take treats she wouldn't drink water so I left and came back in 15 min. And she was in the same spot no food eaten then she moved her butt and the was blood under her but so I FREAKED out and I was having no luck with vets but we got recommended to the animal hospital when we got there she was still peeing blood. I wasn't allowed to go into the hospital with her then we got the call to decide if we wanted to do surgery or put her down the surgery did not have a good chance to work the vet recommend to put her down so my beautiful baby girl passed away. I have never been so heart broken after many months I have my current rabbit and I'm taking MUCH better care of him. And I will never EVER breed any of my rabbits ever again (Evan if she wouldn't of passed away I've done more research and still wouldn't breed)
I wish I would’ve watched you earlier today and watched out for the signs of my beautiful baby boy Leo passing away today. Thank you for teaching me how to take proper care of him while he was with me and I learned a lot.💕
I remember before I adopted my bunny, I watched all your videos to inform myself and did some research. Unfortunately, my baby bun of 5 months passed away last week😔she was eating unlimited hay, drinking water, she had some pellets, I slowly started introducing kale, safely freely roamed our room. As soon as I saw she got diarrhea, I rushed her to emergency vet but they do not have exotic vets 24/7 around us. I gave her so much love in those last moments I talked to her, caressed her, and she passed away naturally/no euthanasia. The exotic vet that worked after told me it likely was parasite/coccidia (found in her stool and went into her blood). I had adopted her from a pet shop, initially not knowing how bad this is as they are taken away from their mom too young. All this to say your video really spoke to me🙏❤️

3:29 - spasms or jerking motions
4:10 - change in vitals
4:56 - lethargic or unable to move
5:29 - breathing increases or decreases
5:47 - screaming
Tips/what to do
7:12 - do not overwhelm
7:23 - give love and support
7:47 - let partner say goodbye
8:12 - get a necropsy (animal autopsy)
9:50 - what to do with the body

Sending my love to those who have gone through this and heard things like, “They’re just so fragile and die easily” or “it’s just a rabbit.” They can live just as long as some dogs and cats and yet we rabbit owners don’t get the same respect that they do when it comes to pet loss.

my bunny died in February of this year. he was acting fine and one day when i was giving him his leafy greens for dinner i noticed his legs were in a very alarming position. i started panicking and called my parents upstairs. we laid him on our couch and soon after he began having very intense spasms and after 30 minutes he passed away. it was very traumatic for me but i was glad i got to give him love in his final moments. this video gave me a lot of closer and i’m very thankful for that.

Much love to anyone going through this currently or recently... or ever.

I live in a rural area. Every vet office treats bunnies. But a lot of people have bunnies and farm animals around here.
@@rabbitila7685, a few years ago I applied at a vet's office in a neighboring village, and they did treat rabbits and chickens and other non-standard pets.

My bunny died a few days ago. We were told about 7 months ago that she had a heart condition due to old age and only had a few weeks left. She proved everyone wrong and lived longer than anyone thought. Since we rescued her, we don’t quite know her exact age but we think she was around 10 years old.

When You Said "Let Their Partener Say Goodbye To Them" I Just Started Tearing Up!😭
Good Video Though, I Loved It.
My 3 year old bunn girl : *sneezes*
Me: LOTUS OHMYGOD BLESS YOUR ENTIRE SOUL HERE'S YOUR FAVORITE TOY AND HERE'S A BANANA SLICE I KNOW THEY'RE YOUR FAV. STAY WITH ME BABY GIRL MOMMY LOVES YOU 😭💕
Lotus: 😶
I don't own a pet bunny, but ... this is too relatable (I own pets but not bunnies)
I felt that one but I don't why it was also funny to me😂
Didn't own a bunny yet but I felt like that'd be me. Overdramatic bunmom and the bun is just like -_-" bruh
it’s always hard when you know your animal is getting older. they become part of the family. live every moment you have with them and don’t worry about what the future will hold because then you won’t get to spend that time with them
its so sad i even cried in this video but i know its the circle of life and if you are suffering with your bunny then i am soo sory but be brave and strong you got this
My poor bunny passed away a day ago on good Friday. She was outside roaming free in our backyard, but then our neighbour's cat came into our backyard and killed her. God bless silky.
My rabbit thumpers lived 10 years. I still miss him. He is still the best rabbit ever in my heart
Omg I was just looking at my bunny and thinking “I wonder if she’s doing okay?” And then I see this title!!
I hope your bunny is doing well!
Oh no! 🙏
@@miss.cinnamon12 Thank you! I hope so as well. She’s 8 days past her delivery date. 🥺
@@kimberlysmithKYA Ik! 😩
I know she will be ok. Stay positive! But for now all you really can do is closely monitor her. And just in case (I’m NOT saying it will) but just spend a lot of time with her. Have a blessed day
Seeing that title gave me anxiety about Lennon lol

Hey Lorelei!! Your new logo is super cute!!😍😍🤗🤗 Thanks for sharing this video!!👌😊
Thank you for uploading this video. It is very helpful.
I had a rabbit that was 8/9 years old and died peacefully in his sleep.
I’m sorry for your loss, I fear so much about my rabbit dying.
I was sad but I always tell myself that he had a great fulfilled life and I got to spend time with him and he was not in any pain. Sorry to hear that.
Random comment but can we talk about how beautiful and sweet Lorelei is. She has such a kind heart. You are an amazing person I love you, and I hope you have an amazing day/night.❤️❤️
She and Lennon are the best!!
My rabbit is 8 and not doing well I’m doing the best I can with the last few days with him I have had him since he was 8 weeks old I’m so sad to say good bye we will miss you thumper😭
Take good care of him on his last days :,(
I wish you the best thumper
Aww 😞
aww omg i’m so sorry, i can’t even imagine loosing my bun. i hope you’re both doing well
:(
thank you. just thank you. you have helped more people than you know. when i educated people i gave my baby bunnies away to (we had a miss sexed bunno and therefor bunnies) i told them about you and house rabbit society. you are great at what you do and your love and passions show. thank you so much. be safe and love your floofs
I’m so frustrated because everyone’s bunnies look so perfect and I cry everyday over the stress with mine. Not the care but just other stuff. You make me feel better Lorelei and Lennon. Thank you so much.
Please don’t be fooled be this! If I share bunny pictures, I also try to show the perfect sides and situations
But the truth is, that I’m also concerned all the time, that I may make some mistakes I don’t notice
Thank you for all you do ❤️
My rabbit just died today so this hurt:( I miss her sooo much:She was my best friend my only best friend everyone hates me so she was always there for me when i had nobody
I'm so sorry to hear this, I really feel for you. Is there anything I can do as an internet friend? If you need to vent I'm here! Maybe go through some photos of your bunny and pick one out to print (Walmart is really cheap!) And decorate a frame and keep a photo frame of the picture
I am sorry for your loss 💔
My bunny devoped called head tilt couldn't hold his head up passed away what does it come from
@@donnakulbacki3897 my bunny passed away a month ago but she also had her head slightly tilt, because around December her head started tilting eventually tilting all the way to one side
so we took her to the vet and after that she started recovering from medicine but her head was still slightly tilted but she was live and healthy like she was per head tilt. After some research I found out that there isn't necessarily a specific cause to head tilts. just make sure that your bunny is healthy, eating the right hay and pellets etc and vegables and overall has a good living experience
@@reverieslumber thanks for responding my heart is broken thought I did something wrong because it was hot day live in NJ never had trouble with his head. It happened on sun afternoon no vets were open no friends to help still looking for place to bury him been crying since thanks again Donna in nj
when i read this i saw “signs lennon is dying” and i got so scared 😩

Me and bunny: ! WE FOR LIFERS!
I literally LOVE your channel. It helps me collect information if I might get a rabbit in the future. Thank you!!
My bunny just recently passed away. I just wanted to say thank you for helping him have a great life. ❤️
How to extend your bunnies life. This should be the next video.
YES, I have been asking for a senior rabbit care one. Mine is 10 yrs old.
"We can rebuild him...Millenium Bunny 🤖🐰"
@@Cobaltblueprism good one. Keep suggesting and Lenny may choose to do a video about this. Definitely a excellent topic! Long life to your bun tho👍
@@Abz52 Seeing as tho the pigs we eat are killed 6 months yr old, they live closer to 20 yrs old naturally.. do you think eating meat is okay? I mean you want a long life for Lennon... kinda messed up
@@kKaz1983 firstly I don't eat pig. Secondly who said I eat meat at all? Stop judging others based on information you don't have.
So thanks for the wonderful video, and I'm going to do my best for my new foster bunny to love life while she can and pass peacefully.
you are so kind to do that, thank you so much for caring for that sweet bun ❤️
I have had a 14 year old, 2 11-year olds, and a 10 year old. Just sharing to give hope that ypur bunny can live along time. Lots of medical care involved. My current 7 year old just got a 100% clean bill of health at her yearly checkup yesterday. Best wishes to all bunny parents❤
I appreciate the compassionate education here. Thank you for all you do- you’ve helped so many rabbits!
Well this is an unexpected video 😳 Very interesting! I own a rabbit so this is good to know. Thanks 🥰
i lost my sweet boy back in January. i tried so hard to get him to the vet but i got there too late. i miss him everyday ❤️
Even tho it is a hard topic that no bunny owner want to hear we need to know all signs before it’s too late
Thx Lorelei 😍
I just want to say that before I discover your channel my bunny never got out of his cage but now that I've learned so much from you my bunny is free roamed and potty trained thank you so much ❤️🤍
Please post twice a week!! This videos are amazing love u
We love your channel because of you we are soon to be free roaming!!!!
Lots of love from bun-mom, Tinsel, and Pippin!
my bun passed away last month i miss him a lot but i still watch ur vids bc they remind me of him :) ily
My bunny died this past Friday after 9 years with us. We're heartbroken. I'm glad I found your video.
I am truly sorry for your loss. I know firsthand just how much a part of our lives our pets can be. I hope you're holding up.
I know the feeling. I’m so sorry. 😞
Just found your channel and enjoying it! I had a rabbit when I was young and he was wonderful. I wish I knew the signs he was going to pass so that I could have made life easier for him. This is a good video for any rabbit guardian - past, present or future can learn from.
I wish the best for everyone's bunny in particularly lennon 💓
I got worried pressing this video knowing that my bunny might have one of these symptoms but I think I might be good. And also 0 dislikes, wow Let's keep this number the same for her other videos too :D
The title gave me anxiety and yet I still finished the whole thing.
I don’t own a rabbit but I do like to watch this channel. Lorelei is such a good owner and i know for a fact Lennon would be happy with no one else 💕
I LOVE your new profile picture!!! You both look so pretty!!!🐰❤️
As soon as I saw the title of this video was like all right you you get me crying I will to go scream so don’t do it.
So sorry,😭
I clicked as soon as I saw, just to make sure that Lennon is okay!
All this to say your video really spoke to me🙏❤️
"Have an on call rabbit vet"
Was the hardest thing to find in Trinidad and Tobago, but i found one when he got sick.
