One thing I love about MI4 was that all the gadgets couldn't deliver their full expectation, because they were so advance from the lab they weren't tested to be fully capable.

This stunt is still my favorite, because it was the first big one he did, and also because there's a lot of grace in the australian rappel and the take-off jump from the side of the building.
I remember watching Alex Honnold analysed this scene in a GQ video. He said the method Tom Cruise used to climb in the scene was very reasonable, as Alex himself adopted the same method when he climbed this building lmao

Just the thought of what Ethan Hunt is doing here makes our hearts pound and puts us on the edge of our seats. But the fact that Ethan Hunt risked his life to get up higher is incredible. My dad says you can't pay him enough to climb the Burj Khalifa, or do a motorcycle jump off a cliff like Ethan Hunt did in M:I-7 (2023).
Not sure if anyone else saw but in 2:47 the blue LEDs on the left glove kinda goes up and down a bit (displaying how much of the surface of your hand is in contact of the window) when Ethan was holding on by like the finger tips. Pretty cool detail.
10/10... I do not know why I watched this again, because this scene gives me vertigo even thru a television... and more than likely when I sleep, ill be on a verge of falling from a tall building, again.
This is the reason that I wanted to go to the top of the Burj Khalifa when I visited Dubai, UAE. I am so glad that I did. That building is awesome. This time in 2016 I was in Dubai. I really, really want to go back.
