Its been 1 hour and 30 mins. I have been able 2 Listen and carry on my daily duties, with ease Fulljoying Listening 2 the thought movie at ion. I hear is very powerful with Full INTENT OF GETTING Through 2 those who are still yours with the Elderly , Not that I noticed anyone as such in the Audience. Right UNTIL u started shouting I I ii . My # 1. Take, is to remember I have the ability to make a chose. I know that I would make the right choice when I also choose to take the time to concider the possibilities. Then make a choice. My plan is to choose to concider my words, take the time needed. I down loaded the video, I've recorded a lesson that really resided with me. I will go back and pick out a hand full of lessons and do the same short video to watch. Again and again. I choose to make the choices that are right/ fitting for me. I choose to respect my self.
Excellent video but the background music is loud and irritating. At times it overpowers Guruji's voice. With a light music it would have been more pleasant to the ears.
