I had an instagram page that had over 1700 followers steadily growing each day that got deleted by a hacker. After this video i now realize no matter what life throws at you Its out of you control but what is in our control is the choices we make moving forward. I love his approach and how he expresses himself. #2 really hit home: if we stop laughing at the joke after hearing it over and over again, why do we keep crying about the same problem over and over again? It's quite a process, to take inventory of our choices and our emotions and make the necessary changes in order to transform into the best version of ourselves, but learning to embrace the process and to keep going we'll get there 😊
