@@jaanvikeswani8401 cuz upper lip area tends to be thicker than peach fuzz and face razors only cut the hair from the surface. So they can easily cause razor bumps and irritation. If you really want to do it though, do it safely and exfoliate.
Suggest few products from India pharmacy or any online store for spf 30, 50, 70 na please. The reason I'm asking this question is I'm not able to reapply sunscreen.

You can do makeup, just one day after... And can apply any regime.. ☺️ i use razor for couple of years now..
