Bro...your house is gorgeous 😍 I love seeing all your cool projects! I have a love/hate with reading blogs BUT it depends on how long im watching someone make coffee, i like to see substance and you do that so im liking yours alot. Im also curious as to what you eat lol I like to add to my own recipes. A cool idea would be to pick 4 or 5 books that you've been meaning to read and then read to page 20 and then pick one or two books that interest you and make a blog about you reading them. I saw this concept on another's book tubers video and I really enjoyed it! I would love to see you do this as well, keep doing you, you're fantastic!

Glad you are back and also glad that you knew when you needed to take the step back for your mental health. Do what you need to do to take care of yourself. That being said- I love all your plants. You should consider doing a special video where you take us on a plant tour and give us names and care tips. I’m always seeking to add to my plants along with my books!

Hello. Somehow I’m just now seeing this upload but was excited non the less. I enjoyed the content as well as the video’s length. I have book one of Keeper of the Lost Cities on my TBR. I started reading Demon Copperhead today but I’ve decided to wait until I have the audiobook before continuing. I sampled it and enjoyed the narrator’s southern accent. I don’t know if you’ve heard of it but it was on Oprah’s Book Club. And last but not least, I love the accent wall in the office.

I think it's popular right now to bash her books. 🤦♀😢 I think it's great if you love them, and fine if you hate them. But, don't bash on someone else's enjoyment of a books series! I only call a book bad for a few specific reasons, like if it's full of on-purpose "-isms" (racism, classism, sexism, etc) and has been written in the last thirty years or so. Classics.... yeah, you can't really avoid -isms there, but newer books? Nope!

Glad your feeling up for vlogs again, yours are always enjoyable. I felt the same way when finishing House of Sky & Breath. Maas said in an interview recently that the third book is in editing so fingers crossed it won't be to much longer.

I'm only five minutes into your vlog, and I have a non book request! Would you consider doing a house plant tour? I am very interested in all your plants because I love plants, too. I have to work to keep my tropical plants alive during the winter as I live in Canada, but that's what humidifiers are for lol
Edit: to answer your question, I don't think you need to finish a bunch of books or even one book for a vlog. If all booktubers were the same, then that is when the content would get less interesting! I like that you're more balanced because that's what most people are like I think. Not everyone is a RUclipsr full time or even part time! I really respect people who do it as a hobby

Hello!! I'm new at your channel. I had to coment because I feel you are so relatable. I stopped following a few book channels because I felt Dow because I wasn't up to their league reading 20 books in a month. March for me was amazing, I read 5 and never accomplished that before. I'm a tattoo artist and my job takes weird hours and I also have to clean my house and take care of my pets and of course my husband. I really don't know how people read as many books

I always think the same thing with middle grade, I’m always trying to find like cozy middle grade books but I always end up feeling like I’m too old for them, even for my 20 year old self, but ik people say some middle grade u can still enjoy it even if u are an adult but I just haven’t found those yet sadly.. still looking 🙃🙂

you make mention of not being able to do themed vlogs cause you cant read 5 books in a week. HOWEVER... I watch some people who plan a theme, and it can take them months to finish the set of books. they just know they'll link them together LATER, so record a bit for each book, then make an opening and closing once its finished, and they're always amazing. I think yer putting too much pressure on yourself to read it all AT THE SAME TIME. I think thats not necessarily important. just a thought! ✨

Hey Brittany.. welcome back.. I was reading wheel of time at the same time as you and i have some great news.. i finally started a memory of light.. isnt that absurd.. that i trudged my way stubbornly through 13 books that in hindsight were pretty mid only to give up at the culmination.. seems pretty absurd to me.. I keep having this thought.. if only all this crap that is happening in the first 300 pages of A memory of light happened at about book 7 then wheel of time might have actually been very good.. but it didnt.. and as a whole.. it isnt.. that seems a little absurd too.. more than a little if you ask me..

*spoilers of up to 25% of earth and breath or whatever, book 1*
ok
I went in with an open mind
but it starts out talking up how tough and powerful her werewolf friend is and her gang of like spec ops trains werewolves and how powerful they are and how weak and helpless and useless she is without them and they are the only thing she has to keep her safe in the city.... like thats the vibe, right
then the werewolves are all killed by ONE person
then, instead of grieving her friend, and being terrified for her own safety now that her safety net has been obliterated... she decides to be like "I dont need a MAN to help me!" and she just comes off as ridiculous! I dont care who or what you are, if yer SUPER STRONG PACK OF FRIENDS ALL GOT SLAUGHTERED IN A MINUTE BY ONE CREATURE.... you need help. she's just DUMB, and I have no patience for STUPID main characters. lol!
