- In this video, I'm finally cleaning up my music room, which has been more of a construction room in the last year. I still have a ways to go, but I am excited to do a bit of a pedal/ cable cleanup and loved trying out this awesome all-in-one guitar organizer, the GWS5000 Guitar Workstation by On-Stage (sponsored)! As I mentioned in the video, this would be really perfect for someone who has a small music room/ house and wants an aesthetically pleasing music room/ organized setup! Also, they have since this video added labels on the pieces of wood which was my biggest complaint so that's great!
I don’t have the link yet but will provide that soon!
Thanks so much for watching and good luck re-organizing if you are setting up your own music room!

Congratulations on your new set up space! Looks great!
Definitely it’s so important to keep your gear close and easy to use anytime you need it.
Love the Wampler Pantheon!
Such a lovely overdrive with so many different cool tones.
We did a review of that pedal in our channel and I was really impressed by how versatile it was. Keep rocking Haley! 🤘🏻🎸
I recently e-cycled my plasma TV, (haven't used it in over 3 years,) and put my amp in the entertainment center on some high density foam, (Like ULine pikNpak or the foamserts from a Pelican case. I have most of the pedals on a shelf above the amp. Everything is nice and tucked away when I am not making spaceship noises.
I'll have to make one of these
Would a small amp head be able to safely sit on top of that?
My opinion, you can Never have too much guitar equipment. Ha ha 😊
After multi-fx back to (analog) pedals for the most.
A bit messy, but sound...sound.
Hey Haley- Love your stuff on RUclips ! Is that the Loudbox micro on the shelf behind you? I was thinking about getting it myself, and playing my acoustic thru a Boss RC-5 looper pedal as a learning tool to make my own chord progression loops and import some backing tracks to play over. Any thoughts ? Thx
Hi Steve! Thanks so much for the comment/ kind words and yes it is! Oh that's awesome and I think it would be perfect for that. I initially got that amp for a product launch/demo material but I have found myself using it way more than I thought I would and it sounds amazing. It's a really clear acoustic amp and it also has an XLR input so if you did want to run vocals though it you could. Hope this helps! Cheers!
I did the cable organizing, twice! I felt better. You know what? I have to do it again.I also have power cords that I have no idea what they go to. They will get tossed. If something crops up, I'll just have to buy another one.Any event I feel much better , and it opens up more time to play.
It’s a never ended chore right?! I feel you!
Hey! I wanted to ask that, are Fenders Stratocasters good for beginners. If not, then what would be the best electric guitar anyone can get as a beginner. By the way, awesome content!! Nailed it😊❤
Well that was my first electric so I would say yes! I technically had a Squire bc they are cheaper haha but I have a strat now and love it. You could also do a tele- they are typically a little less bright and I think more versatile. Can’t go wrong either way! And thank you SO much!
@@haleypowersmusic telecasters are "less bright" ????
cool organizer! could definitely use one of those as i don't have a dedicated music room. you should do a pedal giveaway for one of the ones you are looking to get rid of 😬
Yeah we might down size out house later this year so I’ll be losing mine too so thinking it could be perfect! And haha I’ll just give you one!
@@haleypowersmusic oh no!! well seems like you're set up to make it work. and that is so nice of you but too bad I'm in Canada :(
Would be great 🌎
Where'd you get the guitar strap for that tele? It's beautiful!
Oh thank you! It's from Ernie Ball!
Cool advice. How is the Spark amp going?
Ok it is super inconsistent and randomly goes out! I’m so bummed bc it was sounding great. Apparently it was an issue with some of their older models ☹️
@@haleypowersmusicthanks Haley. Handy to know. 👍🏻
But $378 is a bit much for this. It is just mbf laminate.
150 w coupon from MF
That guitar looks like it’s precariously just resting on that support rack 😮😮😮😮. But I get it, it’s supposed to be flush against a wall or something.
Haha it took me a second to figure out the best way to put it down securely😅
So I watched a couple of "too much guitar gear" videos, and most of them were informative about what to do, which effects to ditch (for example those you haven't used for over a year) etc. Here I quite didn't understand the connection between the literal meaning of the video with the actual content here, which is 80% of the video and is covering not "too much gear", but sponsored product, which is actually not about it. Wrong proportion, for me. Like your videos, just a little insight from my point of view. Cheers!
Hi there! Sorry to disappoint you on this one! The naming youtube videos thing is still something I'm learning so maybe something like music room clean out wouldn't have been better!
@@haleypowersmusic thx for all other videos, because of your recent one I am strongly considering Portacapture x6 for song ideas, it seems like a very easy way to just turn it on and record. Cheers!
Very misleading for an ad.
Hey! It says sponsored in the video so it's pretty clear! Making content take a LOT of time and work so partnerships with brands you believe in is a way that creators and musicians can survive.
Seems pretty straightforward to me. A bunch of guitar gear reviewers have sponsored content.
That's another cheap, veneered MDF piece of pseudo furniture, just like the garbage IKEA sells. I wouldn't trust it to hold anything heavy like a guitar amp, or anything of value.
