I had windows 8.1 in my pc STOCK. and this man is telling truth. I have run windows 7 on it and it doesn't works as fast ,windows 8 doesn't works as fast as well. Now I have windows 10 and it's still laggi . After watching this video now I'm sure that best operating system for my pc is was 8.1 indeed . My specs are amd a4 5300b 3.4 ghz cpu. 4 gigs of ram 1333 mhz. And 250 gig hdd. And the gaming performance was also much better compare to all other windows. 8.1 is massively underated
