    I can hardly move after swimming this morning. Maybe one day, after I build up endurance, I'll be able to do some of these. Regardless, great info. Saving this one.

    Hey guys i need some help...I go to the gym 3x times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and i swim 2x times a week (Tuesday, Thursday)..My question is that how many times should i do dryland workout and on what days and should i do dryland workout before or after gym workout?

    Too overwhelming for 76 year old who can’t access indoor pool this winter due to COVID-19. I close my own pool this week due to arrival of cold weather
