Nobody asked for a multi storey car park.
Nobody wants a multi storey car park.
And most people won't use it.
It is a £11 MILLION blot on the landscape that will cost local Council Taxpayers £hundreds of thousands a year to subsidise it's enormously losses.
This is the last straw.
Crewe's residents are very angry that they are not being listened to by the Labour Councillor 's.
The debacle of the multi storey car park is the last straw.

New car park. With hardly any shops to visit as they knocked a third of the town centre and shops down to build it.....!!!

Why did no one ask for it? Crewe NEEDS this, we have lost many car parks. Stop moaning, stop saying nobody wants it, get up to date with other towns who already have multi story car parks. Wrexham has two. Why so negative for Crewe? Instead, have a go at Cheshire East for hiring very slow contractors.
The multi storey will lose a shedload of money and Crewe's Council taxpayers will have to pick up the bill.
I thought Peveril Securities were paying for it, and not C.E.?
Cheshire East is paying the full cost of the multi storey, £11m and will manage it once open.
The developers are paying for the car park, that has come from a proper councillor not one that knows nothing about what is going on in Crewe
