    What do you mean by negative tempetature ?

      Typically, roasting begins after raising the drum temperature to a certain level.
      However, in Patrik’s case, he opens the door after each batch finishes, which causes the drum temperature to drop.
      This method is described as starting at a ‘negative’ temperature. You can find more details in the online course below.
