Peter, when you said the sentence "Train yourself to let go of everything you fear to lose", my body froze and I got goosebumps all over my body. You know you have touched someone on a deep level when that happens.
Ever since reading "a new earth" by Eckhart Tolle when he talked about our "identification with thought", I have been doing just that. But always subconsciously. thanks to you, I brought that now to the forefront of my consciousness and can work on that in a more targetted manner from now on.

Hi Peter! I was just having a conversation with a friend about how being in our 20's is a time of so much change, and then I saw this video! Thank you so much! I've been struggling with moving because my family and I were forced to move (I don't want to go into more detail, sorry) and it broke our hearts. We lived in our house for 3 years and I was very content and comfortable. Now that we moved, I can't let go because my room was a part of me. exactly change is undeniable . its hard to do but if you can master dealing with change every time it hits u & the emotions that come with it you'll be good
This really helped me with feeling in control when things change that I cant control. Today my sister threw away my special things and she didnt know. I got so angry and sad but know one understood they say I make a big deal out of little thing but it makes me feel small and out of control

thank you peter my life is gaming all the time but i really what to go out and i normal person like the rest of you but i don't have that strenghs to go out i use to go out when i was child but now i stuck in my house trying to to go out more but its hard
