    Been waiting for this episode! A few clients with PCOS, eating disorders, hypothyroidism have ended up signing with a new trainer like me simply because they were impressed on how much I know about their conditions when the trainers they worked with didn't (nor they tried to research). I wouldn't have known them if it wasn't for you guys. I extend their their gratitude to all of you! Tough battle out there but we're just starting🤝

    Wow thank you for shining a light on this. It’s an absolute shame that we cannot leverage these therapies in the US. Hopefully more people like you guys continue to spread the success of this treatment. Keep it up and good luck on the psoriasis Adam, keep us posted

    Both of my parents are getting older and it’s tough. But they opened up to me finally about how they want to improve their long-term health. The first thing I did was send them Mind Pump clips on longevity. It was a no-brainer to send them y’all’s way.
    You guys are phenomenal and I hope you know that. There’s nobody I trust more in fitness. You’ve helped me make a career out of fitness and helped me change a lot of my clients’ lives for the better.

    Guys, thankyou so much for all of your valuable information and the interviews with specialists in the health and fitness industry! When I found you guys roughly 3 or 4 weeks ago, I was able to finally see results. I am 65 and love absorbing real science based health and fitness information and you guys are the bees knees for that! I only listen to your podcast now because I was getting confused there for a while listening to various different fitness pros. I have found over the last few weeks your program and videos work for me, and Sal I love your book, I have the hard copy and the audible copy, Sal, forgive me for calling you Sol in my review on Audible haha my bad.

    Thoroughly enjoyed this episode! This was our first time seeing Dr. Khan. We live in Austin and just got tickets to the Unlock Longevity conference. Thanks so much for the promo code! Super excited to learn more from Dr Khan and hopefully get to meet him. My husband and I are in our mid-50s and just trying to do everything we can to live our best lives going into our 60s, 70s and 80s. I also received the follistatin gene therapy a year ago as a study partcipant with Minicircle and experienced similar benefits, but sounds like I'm due for another injection. LOL. Btw - I bought the RGB bundle for us for Christmas and we've been doing MAPS anabolic since January 1st. Thank you for such a great product!

    Yay. Temp controlled beds, peptides, hormone therapy, red light and now stem cells being discussed. Feels great having zero chance on getting my hands on any of this. Shit, can't get Amazon deliveries to my door, or even creatine monohydrate at a reasonable price. Lots of love from a lost soul in Guatemala though.

      I'm so sorry!😞😢 he does talk about how in 5-10 years these treatments will be significantly more affordable and the average American atleast will be able to afford it. I can guarantee that there will be fundraisers, programs, and charities that will raise money to be able to help out those who still don't have the means to afford it. A rising tide raises all ships and once people in higher income countries have their own health needs and issues taken care of then many will be highly motivated to help others have access to the same treatments! I hope that gives you a little hope! I know it must feel very hopeless seeing these things be in existence yet feeling that they'll never exist for you. If you hold onto hope then I believe somehow you will receive the care and help you need!❤ I know I personally will be fundraising for these treatments as well as other therapeutic modalities available in the US so that the people who need help can receive it! Best of wishes to you and try to keep hopeful!!❤

    So I listen to the whole episode on podcast and saw songs amazing. It kind of sounds like maybe there would be application for cancer or at least help it. Right now I’m currently going through a major colon cancer scare and I will know in a couple of weeks but lots of anxiety and such and I just wish I could go down there to Mexico and get this thing done just to make my body more healthier potentially. I have not looked at the cost and stuff of this but I’m sure obviously for a normal person I’ll be priced out. I’m just trying to give myself hope I’m looking at every potential thing to give me the best chances of survival if I do have it. Because if I do have it chances are it’s going to be a later stage just because of how long I waited.
    But I’m glad this technology should hopefully be there in the future and only get better for those who need it and I hope I’m here to see it happen

    Hey Adam, I was diagnosed with palmoplantar psoriasis in 2012 and got it under control to where it was like I never had it but resurged in 2020 so badly it took the next two years to get under control with Tremfya and I'm wondering if you tried any biologic. My dermatologist said that I was in the rare 5% of his patients that has experienced 100% clear up. This video is really amazing though and I look forward to learning more about these therapies

    I cannot figure out what's going on. In December i started building a home gym, working with just dumbbells until January when i Got a power rack, barbell and weight plates.
    Last Sunday i was disappointed that I could only bench 100lbs for 3 reps, now I am benching 175lbs for 3 reps after only 8 days.
    I'm 43 biggest bench i ever had was 240lbs in my 20s. I don't know if this is muscle memory or what. Also i dropped 13lbs in the past month from 270lbs to 257lbs.
    I understand newbie gains after a long layoff come back quick but I've never experienced it this quick.

      Not cheap 🙂

      It may be lower in costs now
      As the above gets mass marketed ..over time, it will be cheaper

    Side note - Russia is really advanced when it comes to stem cell research cause their law is very permissive too - so they can create embryonic stem cells for scientific research and for non reproductive reasons. Can an American explain why America doesn’t have more permissive laws for this - is it a religious reason that’s behind the ethical reason? Not a dig, genuine question cause america is usually more advanced when it comes to science. Thanks.

    • @user-pr5tx9ep4m
      @user-pr5tx9ep4m 10 месяцев назад +1

      Religious? God no. Anything available to the general public (or that could become so) is usually fairly heavily regulated. Compounding the issue is when something genuinely benefits health -- these are even more onerously regulated. But rest assured that the "real' research IS being done.

    • @olga_b344
      @olga_b344 10 месяцев назад +1

      @@user-pr5tx9ep4m thanks, being done but not in America it seems - since FDA won’t allow embryonic stem cells to be used for non-reproductive reasons. Is this because big pharma benefits from NOT having these therapies, eg. Can charge people for continuous chronic illness treatment etc?
