So the reason why they serve so much and it’s all you can eat is because the owners buy old food from other vendors that did not sell all their food from the past days.

The first civilization who are yet to discover the stone age used their hands in eating. I am Filipino and Asian and we eat with our hands, its our culture and its normal and its normal for us to mix rice and side dishes in a single plate. Im proud of this culture.

Like politically due to the dispute over lands especially in Philippines part, then china eats mostly anything I will not be surprised if they eat humans too but somehow, India has been influenced mostly by Islamic countries and mostly close to asians more than china (though there are a lot of disputes with china as they considered communist) so yeah we do trust India more than China.

The clean environment is also very important. Thats how we know if the food is clean or not. Seems like they dont care if the area is not clean or the food is dirty or not. They just eat it.

Laper bgt ky nya.. Gila makannya banyak bner.. Sambil makan geleng2 pala, nambah nasi geleng2 pala, ditambahin sayur jg geleng2 pala, untung kaga lepas tuh kepala oleng mulu..
Bukan laper emang orang india makan nya bgtu porsi buat 5orang di mkan sendiri saya punya teman kerja and harus masak nasi tiap hari 5sampai 6liter beras hanya untuk dua kali makan

that is their culture each and every country has their own differences, im from philippines too and im not using my hands to eat not all filipino use thier hands to eat UNLESS you are in your own house and your family doing it, they are blessed with such large amount of serving here for filipino its more expensive to buy a meal some filipinos choose to cook at their home and i dont blame them if they like too eat food that cheap because they are not like other people that can provide expensive food for there stomach while discriminate other people's life
