Hey I’m just as excited….I’m trying the very newest products…and I’m going back in to purchase some more…so I’m watching some people who appreciate this company…
I just tried that shadow today. Half Light. Heard about it from a RUclipsr. I don’t have a lot of experience with cosmetics. I’m new, because now that I’m in my 50s I really need it, lol. Anyway, when I tried the “eye spot,” I immediately wanted more colors. Lovely. So now I’m here looking for more videos about it. Thanks!
Isn’t this brand so cool and user friendly? I only started wearing makeup with a gusto in my 40”s, and more so recently. Aaaaaand I filmed another rituel de fille video today with their new foundation. Spoiler: it’s fabulous!
This is the first video of yours I've seen. I typed in "Rituel De Fille" and here you are! I LOVE that you're filming at what looks to be your normal desk, in your normal home. Nothing looks staged, overly-styled, or faux in your background. My first impression of you feels like you are saying, "This is my life behind me: love it or lump it!" I love it. The fact that you have a bookshelf off to the side, containing a jumble of books, paper, art supplies, and what looks to be a random bottle of room/hair/skin spray? I find this IMMENSELY RELATABLE!!🤣 Your bookshelf has FAAARRRRR less dust and chaos than the one that lurks in the background of *my* makeup corner! However it makes me feel a little better? I definitely have slightly less shame, now, regarding the one shelf where my books have been even more haphazardly stacked, in order to make room for the exquisitely-packaged palettes I want visible, and within reach. The dusty moshpit of bottles, photos, feathers, bones, jewelry, CD cases....all the bric-a-brac that lives on top of the antique wooden high-boy, which houses the bulk of my makeup collection, it all seems less weird. The inevitable spread of beauty items taking over that entire corner of my depressed-hoarder-pit of a room, as it stands today. Obviously, your life is FAR more organized than mine. I'm in no way suggesting that you are, like myself, outwardly displaying signs of the total chaos in your head, wrought by the dismal events of the past few years. As with so many other people, the sheer tsunami of recent brutality has completely flattened me. Had only one or two of the major paradigm shifts happened? It would have been hard, still.... yet it'd be workable. If it had *just* been lockdown, and the subsequent, hard-line division of loved ones, as too many were sucked into the downward spiral of far-right Q-Tip/Auntie Vaks/whatever "hypotheses"? Or *just* the ramp-up of my various mental health issues and disorders? 'Only' the wholesale death of countless extremely important people in my world? Or: the 2 years of legal, mud-slung TORMENT endured as I fought for my best friend's final wishes to be honored after he passed? All these things alone would have obviously sucked the joy out of me, but I'd have made it out the other side more or less in one piece. However. Due to the massive, almost-fatal, 15-car-pileup-at-highway-speeds that became my life, I barely made it out alive. This time last year, I would sit for hours, disassociating, carefully plotting and polishing my exit strategy. Funnily enough? The heinous state of my living space, car interior, and my extreme self-neglect were three things that saved my life. If you don't have The Spoons to *shower*, often going an entire MONTH, sometimes more? How the heck are you going to be able to sort, clean, gift, donate, and generally disseminate your enormous mess of personal belongings!?! Also, the hassle of drawing up a Will, making my own arrangements, and generally trying to slip out with the least amount of burden on others as humanly possible. So incredibly overwhelming. So here I am. Luckily, I'm beginning to pull myself up and out. The fact that I have all these gorgeous, cosmetically elegant beauty products helps, too. Despite the fact that I've barely worn *any* makeup in the past 2 years? That just means that my impulse buys will last longer, because most have been stored, virginal and untouched, in a cool, dark place. And yes: Rituel De Fille is SPECTACULAR!!! Their products bring me joy. Anyway! On with the video! 🤣
So glad you found my video! RdF is an amazing company, just like you’re an amazing person. Celebrate your strength in coming through such a difficult time in your life and making it to a better place! And don’t ever discount the happiness that makeup brings. 😃
You are so adorable! Love your true to life production style..I have been THAT excited before! I cant wait to try this brand..I ordered the pigment balm. I have two other products waiting...those yellow orange tones..uhhh getting eclipse too! GorgeousNess!❤🎯 Thank You!💕💕
I love this company I just ordered more samples. They last forever and I get $20 off my next purchase. Decisions decisions. I found them looking for bluish purple highlighters that are a bit more sophisticated. They have colors that are just a bit different. Colors that I’ve been looking for since forever.
Did you order samples of the inner glow Creme pigments? They say on the website there isn’t much product, just meant for 1-2 uses to evaluate shades to purchase full size. And some of the samples shown in the video look like just a little dot, but then some of the blush samples she showed look bigger and like the whole thing was filled, not just a small dot of product? So I’m curious if it’s going to be a dot or like the little plastic thing filled?
I'm wearing Oracle today, and I LOVE it! I also have the eye soots in Golden Age and Love Spell. The eyeliners Abyss (black) and Iron (red/brown) are AMAZING!! I ordinarily wear black eyeliner on the regular, but have fallen in love with Iron1 They are GREAT products!!
You are so wonderfully happy and cheerful! I found your channel looking for some reviews about Rituel De Fille. You look very beautiful with this makeup, very sophisticated and natural. New subscriber here! How does it wear, and does it crease on the eye? Does it set down? Thank you for your video!
Oh thank you so much!! It does wear well, although it can fade a bit and crease a bit. I don't really have creasing issues in general, though, so it doesn't bother me. Plus, you can create a grungy vibe with these shadows (in the best way!), so the fading or creasing isn't really an issue to me. As far as setting down, the texture is like a creamy powder, so... it does set on me but never really needed to in the first place. It's basically finely milled powders blended with a small amount of oil; it's silky smooth but not the least bit wet, oily or greasy feeling. Geez. I don't know if I helped you or not! You can always get a sample. They're even at Ulta now!
I’ve been eyeing Rituel De Fille. I’ve heard great things and LOVE the shades of blush they have that are cooler tones (one even actually cool enough to work well for me as a contour based on what another very cool toned, very fair skinned friend of mine told me) but was worried about getting the $15 sampler plus shipping just for that..worried they’d be so small. Like the one you showed for the lip product looked like a little dot I was like - is that the samples?! 😂 But looks like some of the other shades you got are in smaller, sample sizes but a decent amount…like mini compacts of their full sizes? Which ones were sample sizes if I may ask so I can see when you’re holding it up 😊 Thanks so much! ❤
Hi, there. So sorry it's taken me a lifetime to get back to you. I know the dot was a sample size, but I don't remember if that sample was from Credo or RdF - I've noticed the sample sizes differ based on where they come from. In general, I've found the sample sizes to be quite generous and worth getting, if that helps. The samples were all of the ones that weren't in black RdF compacts or in the prism shaped pots (eye shadow). Was that helpful?
I get as excited as you about this brand, I’m 50 this year & self taught with the help of BATTYBEAN on RUclips. Just found your channel, hope this message finds you well 😸

It’s amazing. I am wearing their new foundation right now, along with a new eye shade in the new pot. I just love everything!
Your personality is so wonderfully infectious! So thrilled I came across your channel! Will be a regular viewer/new subscriber!!

When I have a hand palette, it makes me happy too!🎉🎉
Definitely ☺️

I am also obsessed with this brand. Thanks for the review
It’s such a fun, original, quality brand.
Such a fun try on! I’m more intrigued by the line, now.
I can’t stop wearing the eye soots. 😍😍😍

I’m glad you mentioned the sample sizes. I’m going to order some from their website.
Did you order them? If so, did you get any of the inner glow creme pigments? How were the sizes?
I love this brand. Very unique and fun 🤩
Completely. So fun!!!
The cheek product bee sting looks pretty.
I agree! That and Glassglow are my favorite shades of the color nectars.
