Am pretty sure they will never build affordable housing on this land, restaurants, bike paths, businesses yeah, but no housing,When i was a Child ,all that land was filled with houses, , all the way north till you get to north main Street, and then the state had a "" Brainstorm ""...they built Rt.79...and now after 40 plus years, they've decided to tear it all out and reconstruct....The City had many Two Way Streets and Now they all one way... Its so confusing, if your driving north on North Main Street to go Downtown, and you come to a section that makes you detour to Durfee Street, There are no signs, telling you, which way on Durfee to go....
IF this is built around a massive highway project, it is wrong, so where is the railway? a mile away in a massive parking lot? what about Lynn? It got passed over for a rail line that cost more to serve less at higher cost and lower quality.
