The screws provided are inadequate, I had a body shop do the install and they laughed at your hardware. The self tap screws will eventually wear the plastic and come loose.
Unfortunately the install video for the 16-18 Nissan Altima rear diffuser isn't on the schedule, but the 2016-18 Nissan Maxima and the Lexus IS250/350 rear diffuser videos ruclips.net/video/jjoudEIdxPo/видео.html are good references to properly installing a STILLEN Rear Diffuser. Let us now if you have any more questions. Thanks.

Very deceiving video. Much harder than it looks, screws and double sided tape DO NOT STICK. Must have 2 ppl install, use tons of primer to make surfaces stick and larger and more screws than the diffuser comes with. AND my diffuser was bent like MF and needed tons of force and swearing to make if fit proper...
How do you get the original diffuser off?
It's like Nissan and Infiniti collaborate with Stillen. Both the Q50 and Maxima basically have cut-outs for a diffuser LOL...
Stillen began as primarily a Nissan focused company.
Exactly
