In addition, it adds another 'nother layer to the fact that Dracula, despite being a monster, is doing what he must out of sake for his love for Lisa, while Alucard, despite being Dracula's son, is doing what he must to save and protect humanity from the threat of his father. In the end, they're only following their beliefs and doing what they themselves believe to be right.

As a person who majored Japanese in college at the time this game came out, I can tell you that the translation is no where near accurate. For example, at 05:15 Maria really says, "Wait! You look human, but you have the power of Darkness with you..." the middle is pretty much the same and then she ends with, "If you survive, let's meet again." The passion in the Japanese voice actors is far superior.
The only criticism is the transcript translation written in english is based on the awful PSP/PS4 english redub, its not 100% from japanese dialogue. Otherwise its cool to hear the voices
Yeah I was thinking things didn't match from the Japanese I currently know. I skimmed through parts but the part at 18:15, Dracula in the Japanese dub doesn't say anything along the lines of "Forgive me" or "Farewell, my son". From the Japanese I could catch him saying after he calls out "Lisa" , he said "Was I wrong?/Was it my mistake?"

It makes sense for Dracula to use "watashi", as he's portrayed as elegant and polite despite being the villain. It also shows his coldness towards his son Alucard, as he keeps using 'watashi' when addressing him, which is not commonly used when the addressee is someone you consider close to you (it's too formal). Alucard's way of speaking is much less formal, but he's still polite. It says a lot about his character, he's not interested in coming off as friendly or formal as he's focused solely on his duty, but he still has an elegant demeanor.
You would need to get the Japanese version of the game. However, I think other regions MAY have the option for other languages, but I'm not 100% sure. I hope that helps!

If I remember correctly the male equivalent should be "san" so, it should be pronounced arukado san or if he's a friend arukado kun. Please correct me if I am wrong. Anyway if you have to call someone your master "goshujin" should be enough.
San is used for both men and women and is similar to mr or mrs. Sama is for people of great respect. For example the emperor would be referred to with sama
IMO, a dub with voice acting so bad it creates memes will always be favored over a dub that takes itself seriously with good voice acting. Look at DBZ.
They couldn't get any more stereotypical with the Japanese voice acting tho, I love these voices but it's really what you would expect for each character's role, especially alucard and maria.
alucard sounds like a caribbean pirate in the og eng dub, and a soulless bored man in redub. I can't speak for the other characters but his voice in particular fits him well here.

They aren't. I played a patch version which had the english translation and the subtitles were accurate to what they said in the original dub.

They couldn't get any more stereotypical with the Japanese voice acting tho, I love these voices but it's really what you would expect for each character's role, especially alucard and maria.
alucard sounds like a caribbean pirate in the og eng dub, and a soulless bored man in redub.
I can't speak for the other characters but his voice in particular fits him well here.
