  • This is a new exhibition "The Making of Norway" showcased at the newly re-opened Universitet i Bergen - Universitetsmuseet as part of the "Geology of Norway". You can see the time running from 500 Million years ago to today around the outside of the globe.
The mantle convection modelling was contributed by CEED's (University of Oslo) Fabio Crameri (www.fabiocramer...) and the tectonic plates are from the UTIG (University of Texas Institute for Geophysics) group at University of Texas.
    University of Bergen production team:
    Paul Amble, exhibition project manager
Lars Holm, head of exhibition design
    Adam Bartley, exhibition designer
Data visualization by Gagarin in Iceland

This looks fantastic (in a good sense :). You guys should add some dramatic music to it - the first movement of the Dvorak’s symphony no. 7 in D minor (allegro maestoso) would fit perfect IMHO.

There has been a soundtrack recorded actually, which is played in the background in the museum only. But I like your suggestion too.
