I see We Go as the second part of We Are. It fits in a sentence: We are - and that's why - We Go! It perfectly captures just how much Luffy and the Straw Hats has grown over the years :)
1:35 when i first heard this on 1028 i immediately knew this was my fave song from the ost and wished it was played more, so when it played when luffy beat kaido I definitely shed a tear
I love that the guys that make music for one piece gave us the audio cues we can expect for when we get to see gear fifth animated (next year most likely)
Honestly I would say late this year This fight is actually pretty close to gear fifth awakening It mostly depends on how many filler episodes they wanna produce for the movie tbh
@@DahPenguin usually it’s just two episodes that they choose to waste our time with to promote a movie us westerners won’t get to see for months. The most recent episode (second movie promo episode) wrapped up what they were setting pretty neatly so I think we’ll be back to Wano next episode.
@@DahPenguin its not close at all lmao, they only covered up to chapter 1012 im pretty sure, and gear 5th is on chapter 1043, that still leaves 31 chapters, and 31 weeks is over 7 months and its definitely gonna be longer than 7 months because they arent always gonna cover one full chapter each episode and theres probably gonna be more fillers lol
I think that We Go and We Are were the correct choices to play with this fight since We Go is the opening that was used for Luffy's journey through the world of Haki and We Are is the opening that started it all. The two openings show how far Luffy has grown in terms of haki and how far One Piece has grown.
FYI: This TV Remix required some creative edits for the "We Go!/We Go! We Are!" section at the end, since they seem to have created a new mix of "We Go! We Are!" and "We Go!" from Stampede especially for this episode, or it is an unreleased version that will be part of the One Piece Film: Red movie soundtrack, which releases later this year in November. Some instruments are different, but there is also several seconds of new music in a couple places that don't exist in either of the 2 existing tracks from Stampede, so the TV Remix can't be 100% exact yet (which I always prefer to deliver). I cut up pieces of the "We Are" and "We Go! We Are!" Stampede versions of the track in order to fill in the gaps for the pieces that weren't available from the unreleased track they used, and improvised where necessary. The result isn't perfect, but it is in-time with the scene and sounds pretty good all things considered. I will release an updated TV Remix if/when I get the new/remixed track and link it here and in the description. 👒👒
The "We Are!" section of "We Go!/We Are!" was basically the same except the vocals were replaced with a midi trumpet. Personally, I think they should've kept in the vocals for this scene.
I tried so hard to find the ost track with no vocals but your comment confirmed it for me, I don't think they ever released the We Go! We Are! w/o vocals, which they used for ep. 1028, can't wait for updated your edit. Have you uploaded the edit individually?
Thanks for making this video. This music is godly for some reason. Luffy strikes kaido with all his emotions and that's what made this episode so special. Luffy getting all the memories when he got hurt, all the tough training brought tears to my eyes. Oh! What an episode man!
Hi! All my TV remix soundtracks include detailed information on the tracks that are used in the video description! 🙂 The first track used is the classic "Giant Beast Butler!" (Kyojuu Butler!! - 巨獣バトラー!!), track 24 off the Movie 3 (Chopper's Kingdom in the Strange Animal Island) soundtrack.
If you mean the original composers/artists of the tracks used in this TV remix I made, they are listed at the beginning of the video description in all my videos. All of the tracks were made by either Kōhei Tanaka, Kitadani Hiroshi, or Shirō Hamaguchi.
@@Jon-lr8nx If it wasn't intended for Luffy/Joyboy's Awakening then it wouldn't have that very specific rhythm. DOOM-DUT!-DA-DA-DA! DOOM-DUT! DA-DA-DA! That's how his heart was beating in the moment.
So all of the tracks I use in my TV Remixes are always listed out in the video description in detail. The fourth track is one of the anime's favorite emotional tracks, "The Jolly Roger is a Symbol of Belief" (Dokuro wa Shinnen no Shouchou - クロは信念の象徴), track 31 off the Movie 9 (Episode of Chopper) soundtrack.
Unfortunately most of these videos are flagged and monetized by Toei, etc, so blame them. I suggest watching in a browser with an ad blocker installed to avoid the ads!
Just asking, can you remove the vocals on the we are song from "we go we are" ost in stampede? The instrumental from the episode is a lot closer there. Either way, this is also fantastic! Been listening to it everyday
Actually I did that with AI software for the Red Roc TV remix because I needed the end bit as an instrumental since they used it (more details in the description of that video, check it out). The issue is behind the vocals there isn't the same instruments providing the melody. It's difficult to hear with the lyrics over it, but once they're removed it's basically just background music with no trumpets or strings like in "We Go", the Stampede or the original version. If there had been I'd have used that instead of the "We Go" Stampede bits for this one! 😄
If you are talking about the scene I think you are, I already did! Check it out: 👒👒 The Supernova Captains Vs. Kaido: ruclips.net/video/UgbPx23bFwI/видео.html 👒👒
Arguably the best current One piece score... def the top five. But I don't see how this qualifies as a remix however. It's just the same music without the audio track(even though some dialogue manages to creep in every know then) In fact the only modifications present and noticeable is the loop. But it's pretty much no different than the original debut aside from that. Might as well called it an extended cut. lol.
It's the TV anime remix of the originally released tracks, not a traditional remix (like "hip-hop remix" or "metal remix"), put in sequence to match up exactly with the scenes they are present and played in during the anime. Time indexes for the episodes and the original tracks are listed in the descriptions of all the TV remix videos I post. I also usually include an account of what the editing process required and a broad overview of the changes that were needed to make it match. I am essentially recreating what the sound editors for these episodes do, except I'm doing it from scratch without the ease of having the original tracked out compositions at my disposal (I'm using the already exported mixdowns from the official albums). It takes a lot of work to listen to these scenes and chop these tracks up so that they are exactly the way they are mixed for the anime episodes they play during. I don't post TV remixes for scenes where they use the entire unedited tracks (which very rarely happens, there are almost always minor to significant edits, especially during battles). As far as I know, there is nobody else doing exactly what I do on all of RUclips. Lots of people will just post the entire unedited tracks with episode names/numbers in the title and call it a day. If that is all you want, there are plenty of other channels that provide that function. But those won't exactly match the scenes that move the fans while watching them. The edits they make for the anime to these tracks, and the stringing together of different tracks into an entire section of the episode's soundtrack, are what most people truly seek out when looking for the music for these episodes, since significant edits are generally made to the original compositions to fit the anime scenes they're used in. All of these tracks are from movie OSTs and/or special soundtrack album releases (i.e. WANOKUNI) where in every case the original tracks are longer and don't sound as they do in the episodes, since they have to change them up to match the mood/tone/battle length/scene length they play during. This includes cutting out large and small portions, extending some parts with loops, bridging different tracks together, etc. while preserving the tempo/beat when possible (they hide a lot of hard cuts behind SFX in the anime, so sometimes hard cuts are unavoidable, but I endeavor to create clear mixes when at all possible). In more recent posts I've included the anime scenes in the background of the video during the first part to show exactly how they match up. But even past posts you can queue up the scenes in the episodes the TV remix versions are for and the tracks will match the scenes exactly with regard to the music playing. The loop is just for ease of listening since most people seeking out these tracks enjoy multiple loops without having to replay the track manually.
