Curry and Turmeric rice Recipe
Ingredients List
--------
1 tbsp oil
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 mild red and green Chilli peppers
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 cup basmati rice
3 1/4 cup water
1 tbsp butter
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Always taste and adjust seasonings to your own preference as my recipes only act as a guide. Individual tastebuds are different and substitutions can be made throughout. Terri

Bay leaves works for a lot of recipes especially when boiling beans! Gives them good flavor!
